When it comes to the whole fight with Risotto Nero. The only way Batman is getting out of this alive is that Nero is merciful and doesnt go out of his way to kill him. Seeing as how Batman doesnt kill and thus all of Nero's comrades are alive. Thats very likely. Im pretty sure you of all people know that the reason why Doppio survived as long as he did is because Nero was interrogating him and he needed information about Diavolo. By the time Nero put two and two together and Diavolo came to the surface. It was too late and he got fatally shot by Aerosmith.
There's blood inside the human brain, there's nothing stopping Risotto from just filling your brain with razorblades, killing you instantly. He is absolutely cracked.
I can see a requiem batman stand put someone in a fear lock or give someone such an intense phobia of breaking the law they are forced to be an average citizen
Batman regularly faces and defeats Mr Freeze, and has experience with other ice-based villains like Captain Cold and Killer Frost. Other than freezing on contact, Ghiaccio and White Album aren't anything he hasn't seen before. Plus, we're shown that Ghiaccio still needs to breathe and leaves a hole open for it. With his IQ, as soon as he realizes that, he can just whip out some knock out gas, strong enough to even bring down Super Woman by the way, and finish it off quickly, and even if Ghiaccio could freeze the gas before he inhales it, that would still leave a frozen mist around him blocking his view, and losing sight of Batman is never a good thing.

30:25 from what I can tell, Giorno entered the boss’s name on a name database, and it tripped a bug that alerted Pol. Basically, the boss would NEVER ask anyone to create such a bug, because that would mean revealing his identity, and the only person who know’s the boss’s identity outside of Diavolo himself is Pol due to his near death experience.
I never knew I needed a Batman vs Risotto fight so badly. Risotto being able to hide in broad daylight and use a combination of both mid-ranged and close-quarters attacks really parallels Batman's usual way of dispatching criminals, meaning it would almost be like batman is fighting a version of himself. I think this would make for an insane battle of attrition. Great video 👍
As the world’s greatest detective, he’d be able to figure out how to take them down on the mafia end after a while. But when it comes to fighting, he wouldn’t be able to do too much sadly.
Did you forget that despite Batman being the most human he was able to defeat ghosts, magicians and a whole bunch of other supernatural creatures on his own. So I think he’ll manage.
I love Good Grief for Batman, it is perfect for and true to Batman and his character. This stand perfectly represents Batman making himself a symbol of fear for villains; they see the bat, they brown their pants. Edit: Batman's cowl/binoculars shouldn't work against Risotto's invisibility, as they would probably have some metal in them and Batman would have to discard them.
Yeah but if Risotto wanted to form those razorblades in someone's brain or heart, the fight's done. Then and there. Risotto didn't go for the kill immediately because he wanted to interrogate Doppio. If he has no reason to spare Batman, Risotto will scramble his brain as soon as Batman is in range.
The only real criticism I have of this video is that you don't talk about Batman's gadget's a lot. For simplicity's sake you could've just used his Arkham franchise's utility belt. Against Ghiaccio he could've used the thermal batsuit he gets to defeat Mr. Freeze on Arkham Origins' Cold Cold Heart DLC (If you didn't play it I would recommend, it's insanely good) because there is no real way Batman is casually punching through a block of Ice without breaking his hands and it's not a stretch to say that he would be able to get it since he gets Alfred to ship it to him in just a few minutes. Against Risotto I wouldn't say that Risotto would really fight him, they would just have a conversation on why he is doing this if he doesn't even get anything out of it, Batman would probably even try to help him by getting him and his team a good job at Wayne Enterprises or something like that. Risotto is vengeful but he isn't stupid, he knows that Batman could've easily killed him and his squad without them even knowing he was there. He also knows that they are bad people so Risotto would probably just understand that there is no use in fighting him. You probably wanted them to fight for the sake of the video tho but it's not that bad. IF they had to fight I would see Batman have a lot of problem with Risotto creating stuff inside the Batsuit, honestly I could even see Bruce unmasking to get scissors out of his thoat or something like that. Batman would probably retreat so he could create armor that blocks Metallica's magnetism or something like that. Tho if he stayed untill the end I would probably see him needing to rest for a day or two since fighting Risotto takes a lot from your body. I honestly think that Batman would lose against King Crimson if he stayed for the first time, depending on the environment he wouldn't be able to know how King Crimson works and die, not much to use on an empty room y'know. He either retreats to get more information and ends up stumbling on Polnareff or he creates a gadget that is able to take advantage of Diavolo's "short sightness" by tricking him into a place where he can defeat him. Would also be cool to see a video on "What if Batman tried to track down Diavolo as Golden Wind happened" just to see him interact with Giorno and Bruno. Since Batman can't let Giorno keep the gang even if Giorno's intentions come from a noble place he would either arrest the gang after the events or Batman would let him keep it on the condition he doesn't hurt innocent people. PS: If La Squadra wasn't a group of assassins Batman would team up with them lol
I do agree with you. I’m wanted to talk more about the gadgets, but then I realized through my research he has WAY TOO MUCH. Borderline gag powers at some points. But I was thinking the entire time he has like beginning of Arkham asylum gadgets.
29:43- yeah both Ciocolatta and Secco personality wise are what Batman faces almost everyday with his rogue gallery. Batman to Ciocolatta: I have a feeling you’re Joker with a Stand.
Oh yeah, if Green Day ends up killing as many bystanders as it did in Golden Wind(and sadly it kinda has to if Batman is going to have a chance of figuring out how it works without getting killed by it), even he's going to be tempted to commit a seven page muda-muda-muda rush on the bastard. EDIT: though on the other hand, I'd imagine that Joker wouldn't get a Stand as blunt and simple as Green Day. I see him getting one of those "weak/useless" Stands that require something clever on the User's part to become terrifying.
Assuming he'd even want to... They have the same goals, their only differences are morals. Risotto wants to take down Diavolo, Batman wants to take down Diavolo. More than likely they wouldn't even fight from the getgo, and if they did it doesn't mean Risotto would just go for the killshot for no reason. He actually thinks before he acts. "If I can't beat Diavolo, I should keep this guy alive so he has a shot." He'd want Batman as a backup plan, just in case. Or, use Batman to soften Diavolo up before Risotto jumps in and finishes the job. Not to mention from the aspect of story, Batman would have a much easier time figuring out who Diavolo really was. Risotto would probably want to let him go, then try to follow him to find Diav.

15:43 Yeah for this fight though, we need a scene of batman confronted with mirror man, and after pretending he was a ruthless demon, tirns around and looks at the mirror to get jumpscated by his own stand.
batman's stand ability would likely have to do with fear, as his whole toolkit is scaring the shit out of villians when he fights them, in an attempt to, to seem like near invincible, borderline supernatural
Prosciutto/Pesci vs Batman could be a really fun fight, actually. Since one member of La Squadra is already down, they would probably be on high alert (thinking that the Boss has sent some other Stand User assassin to deal with them), which means that Grateful Dead would be activated at the start of the fight. So aging Batman is on the clock, trying to find a weakness to exploit, then going full Dark Knight Returns on Prosciutto. Also it would be a pretty neat development of Pesci was able to completely resist the effect of Good Grief after getting the pep talk from Prosciutto/seeing Prosciutto die, kinda mirroring his confidence boost from the actual story, and making it a proper fight and giving Batman a hard reality check and a reminder that he can't underestimate these people and can't rely on his Stand to affect them all equally. Maybe even a cool little post-battle internal monologue from Batman about how until now he treated Passione as a bunch of punks running around with cool toys, his own arrogance blinding him to the truth - that they are all highly skilled and had a lot of time to master their Stands. And of course there's a moment of Batman being smart as he notices Pesci trying to cool himself off to stave off the effects of Grateful Dead, or just Prosciutto acting a bit irrationally due to Good Grief unnerving him somewhat (not exactly scaring, but throwing off balance enough that he does something he wouldn't do normally, which would give Batman a clue as to how Grateful Dead works).
I think its a little funny that batman could just take off his suit and rest up somewhere as Bruce Wayne while giving himself prep time. During the fight with King Crimson, I also do believe BatMan could simply throw a timed bomb before the time skip so he could figure out whats really happening. (Assuming he knows how long it takes the bombs to detonate.) Kind of similar to Polnareff figuring it out.
batman has no means to defend himself during timeskip. he isn't FTL like silver chariot who used an AOE attack on reaction to even hit Diavolo. the entire thing with King Crimson is, if the prediction shows he dies, he will die. And King Crimson can skip the part where events happened to kill him, leaving only the result.
@@parry3439 if you're talking about what I said at the end, I didn't mean he'd throw the bomb at Diavolo. He could throw it on the ground/wall, anywhere. Polnareff figured out the timeskip ability by cutting his hand and seeing the droplets of blood multiply at the end of the timeskip, that's all I meant.
So going off of this trend: How long/short would it take for Batman to figure out Kira's identity, and would he be able to capture and prosecute Kira? Could Batman go against the Ultimate Lifeform? Could Batman stop the Heaven Plan? Could Batman withstand Calamity? Just some ideas to throw your way
I don't think there is a concrete scenario in which Batman wins since without a stand his odds are pretty bad and giving him a stand is way to much headcanon/theory crafting seeing as stands are very diverse in nature so you can say pretty much anything, like: 'his stand is superman' or 'his stand gives him all knowledge on an opponent' basically giftwrapping the win.
Ok but like Batman’s no kill rule should screw him over, these gangsters ain’t fucking like DC villains, they will fight until they are fucking dead Pesci’s brother specifically keeps his stand up even while literally 99% dead and having so much willpower that can overcome any of Batman’s fear stuff, and anyone he interrogates likely will know not to give any information to him cause whatever he does to them ain’t as bad as what the boss could do to them the no kill rule absolutely ruins him cause even if he arrests them, they mostly have stands that can just break out, same problem he always has, with the addition of corrupt cops
At the prosciutto part rn, yeah nah Prosciutto definitely should win this no matter what his ass is NOT deactivating his stand, if Batman won’t even try to kill him Prosciutto’s gonna keep that active
He'd definitely be able to defeat Passione (The organisation) by giving Gordon info he gathers through his detective work, but the members? No. He might rven figure out Doppios split-personality thing but he'd stand no chance in a fight
@goroakechi6126 If we're going by DC logic, yes he can. Batman beats up corrupt cops and judges lol, if Gordon brings irregular evidence which is later thrown away in court, Batman is coming for the judge too and that fight he'll definitely win.
@@TheReal_N-I-F-F There’s a difference between corruption in the American justice system on a city scale and an entire COUNTRY being run by organized crime. There aren’t international officers to bring him in.
The only problem would be I don’t think Gordon has any jurisdiction outside of the country. As well as doing that would put Gordon’s life in danger as someone could send a long distance stand to take him and cops out .
I’d say Diavolo has an alternative win con by sacrificing his drug trade in order to get Batman off his back. As Batman lacks a motive to take down the gang/boss specifically. Here, the motive is to stop the drugs in Gotham. If Diavolo sacrifices his drugs, Batman will add him to his very long list of “to do”s and focus on other villains.
Passione: Everyone, be careful, the stand user that's hunting us could be anyone! *sees a man literally dressed like a bat* Passione:... nevermind, that's him. XD
I feel like the Risotto fight is more in favor of Risotto than you give him credit for. Batman can't really use any of his gadgetry to detect Risotto if he goes invisible, as those gadgets likely require some form of power, and thus use some form of metal, which Risotto can exploit. I think it comes down to if Batman can sehow sleuth out where Risotto is, which js maybe possible but I doubt it.
I think the part I like the most about this vid is that the Stand you gave Batman effectively lets him basically not need to engage in fights half the time. Less chances for someone to get hurt
I can honestly not think of any way for Batman to defeat Risotto or Diavolo. I see him eventually taking down anyone else, but Risotto is an instant one-shot with Predator stealth. Now, Batman has defeated Yautja before, so he has experience with that kind of invisibility, but Nero's ability is instant death as soon as you are in range. He was only defeated by bizarre (ha) circumstance in JoJo's canon. As for Diavolo, well...even a team of stand users couldn't defeat him. He would have defeated Nero if he could have fully manifested King Crimson. His ability is straight hax and only stronger hax was able to take it out. The *only* way Batman or _anyone_ wins is with a requiem stand.
Funny that this came up in my recommended feed; I was actually contemplating writing a Jojo/DC crossover. Only reason I haven’t started is that one of the major plotlines involves the Court of Owls being found out, allowing Funny Valentine to win the presidency in a landslide victory (Steven Armstrong from Metal Gear Rising is his running mate). That’s an important plot line, and I don’t know if it will be well-received.
I think this video was very well made and thoroughly deciphered. While i dont think Batman would beat Diavolo alone - i do think with help and gadgets that he'd be able to beat him over time. That, and the 2nd win con of exposing him could just play into effect.
This video concept kind of sucked, Detective Batman should have made for a more interesting video, considering the whole part is uncovering the mystery of Diavolo's identity. The plot progresses very conveniently for Batman allowing him to learn Diavolo's identity pretty easily in a way that doesn't make too much sense then win due to DC's current main line cross overpowered scaling. Batman has the advantage in every scenario from both a physical ability and plot point. If we just want him in a death battle with each member, why even bring plot into it? This video only added to the mischaracterization of Batman. It should have had him Following a string of criminals and clues to Diavolo's identity in a race against time, after all if Diavolo kills Trish or gets the Stand arrow even a Mainline Batman or Specialized Batman is screwed. King Crimson sees a future only he can change, even if Batman's reflexes kick in to dodge King Crimson erases the time where the punch was dodged and kills Batman because Batman has to dodge the same exact way dictated by the laws of Fate. People give Risotto deserved credit, but he only got that close because Doppio is very intelligent and was sure about winning even if taking advantage of another stand. Risotto either kills Diavolo or Risotto doesn't live to tell Batman. The only and no diff way Batman beats Diavolo is to find Trish through his excellent detective skills, protect her and use her memories to help her remember, then either Polnareff stays hidden or finds a way to reach the world's greatest detective by leaving clues, because He's Batman! If Polnareff comes out from the shadows and Batman doesn't meet or protect him Diavolo arrives to take the arrow leading to another win scenario for Diavolo. Luckily, he's Batman. Once Batman learns Diavolo's identity with Trish and meets Polnareff he creates the perfect plan to use the cripple as bait and once Diavolo goes to kill him Batman can attack during the Cooldown to win. You can argue Diavolo could see it, but with his goal right there he would most likely go for it especially if Polnareff is let in on the plan and knows to take Diavolo's attention. This scenario is much more believable and relies on Batman's detective characterization to win which is how it should be in this part, He can recognize criminals, follow them, eventually find the janitor and question him, he has Trish help him but helping her uncover memories, learn Diavolo's identity, meet Polnareff, set a trap with him, and beat Diavolo. No one else will be a threat but Diavolo, Batman travels in the Shadow, much like Diavolo. Any other villain will be hunted, Batman is in control even if it seems he isn't. The video does have the plot progress the same but if Batman is jumped at every turn and fighting like a berserker with auto plot progression, that isn't Batman.
The way you describe the nero fight should mean bats instantly loses. The only reason dappio doesn't die is because nero has no intention of killing him
Aint no way he beats chocolatta. He is smart enough to know that if he, a special unit, is being dispatched, then his opponent is really strong, so the first thing he'll do is climb as high as possible as he did in the series and await for batman while spraying hjs virus all over the city. Batman might just miss a stepp on the ladder, and suddenly, his leg starts breaking apart, then he falls to his death
@nuibaba280 how is he supposed to know what the stand does? He will inevitably lower himself eventually and will be critically injured. The event where batman accidentally discovers chocolatta's ability without crippling himself in the process and still manages to find him and win is highly unlikely.
@@Fear_Incarnate It's easy to figure out, Batman is canonically a super genius. He starts lowering his leg and the mold would get him. Mista figured it out quickly why couldn't Batman?
@nuibaba280 cuz it would be silly if giorno's gang died just like that, it's a plot armor. Chocolatta is a formidable force on his own, but let's not forget that secco is here as well. Sure, even if batman could figure out how Green Day works, he wouldn't be able to do that with secco running around. Fighting in the street with him would be bad enough, but God forbid batman enters a building and it's game over. Also, there's a possibility where batman simply doesn't trigger green day before encountering secco, and as they fight, if batman jumps, it's over immediately.

Found you through this video, and it got me thinking of a similar scenario What if batman tried to catch Yoshikage Kira? Could he figure out that Kira is blowing people up, and if so could he defeat Kira in a fight? I'd love a step-by-step scenario where he travels to Morioh and investigates Kira's murders.
Can anyone explain why Batman vs Risotto is close? From my understanding of Risotto's stand, he should be able to manifest Metallica in Batman's heart, brain, arteries, eyes, wherever, at any point while Batman is in his range. I thought Doppio only survived longer than 10 seconds because Risotto was "interrogating" him, only manifesting metal under his skin. And if not for Narancia, he would instakill Doppio unless Diavolo saves him. Am I getting something wrong?
So you're saying that Batman has plot armor or something. How can Batman win if Risotto can kill him at any point? Even if Risotto was literally dying, he should be able to kill Batman anyway.
@@max.s5202 Batman is OP. You're massive underselling his ridiculous feats and capabilities. Risotto not only has a limited range but he won't instantly go for the kill if we're applying plot related reasons and characterization.
Rissoto vs Batman could also be really funny because they both fight while trying to be unseen, so this would be two people who are hiding and trying to find the other
Nope he would get murdered because he puts them in prison they then find a way to escape and prep to gang on bats together, then diavolo tries to kill everyone because he revealed himself in the fight, he gets overwhelmed by the gang however and dies, thus this is canon like every outcome (fr tho batmab wont survive this)
As far as stands there is literally nothing he can do and soon as he confronts a stand user he’s cooked. He may be able to affect passione but once the boss gets wind of him then he just wouldn’t win because of the the lack of a stand and would end up like Palneref

I agree. Especially Killer Frost's power level is very underrated, on her own she can give the league trouble for a very short period of time.

More than likely they wouldn't even fight from the getgo, and if they did it doesn't mean Risotto would just go for the killshot for no reason. He actually thinks before he acts.
Batman with 0.1 seconds of prep-time vs. the all present concept of fate.
Good vid! Two of my favorite properties!!
New intro is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ok but like Batman’s no kill rule should screw him over, these gangsters ain’t fucking like DC villains, they will fight until they are fucking dead Pesci’s brother specifically keeps his stand up even while literally 99% dead and having so much willpower that can overcome any of Batman’s fear stuff, and anyone he interrogates likely will know not to give any information to him cause whatever he does to them ain’t as bad as what the boss could do to them the no kill rule absolutely ruins him cause even if he arrests them, they mostly have stands that can just break out, same problem he always has, with the addition of corrupt cops

There’s a difference between corruption in the American justice system on a city scale and an entire COUNTRY being run by organized crime.

I just kinda added the plot stuff to see what he would say to the others tbh. But this is all valid criticism I will use in the future, thank you.

Found you through this video, and it got me thinking of a similar scenario
What if batman tried to catch Yoshikage Kira?
Risotto wouldn't have a reason to insta-kill Batman. Risotto's men wouldn't be killed and Batman would have Trish/info Risotto would want to use.
Ma boi Carne...I guess he didint die this time lol , great video , super entertaining !
Oh FUCK no.
Rissoto vs Batman could also be really funny because they both fight while trying to be unseen, so this would be two people who are hiding and trying to find the other
Nope he would get murdered because he puts them in prison they then find a way to escape and prep to gang on bats together, then diavolo tries to kill everyone because he revealed himself in the fight, he gets overwhelmed by the gang however and dies, thus this is canon like every outcome (fr tho batmab wont survive this)
Haven't seen the vid yet but great concept!
With prep time, Nothing is impossible.
The problem with prep time is, while you are prepping, the enemy can jump you.
Bobobo has the best prep time.
This concept is so good, I’m almost mad that it’s not already a trilogy of Batman animated movies
As far as stands there is literally nothing he can do and soon as he confronts a stand user he’s cooked. He may be able to affect passione but once the boss gets wind of him then he just wouldn’t win because of the the lack of a stand and would end up like
Palneref
to be fair, Batman get a stand called good grief in this video.
Amazing video
