Wish the doors would stay fully closed. My head / top rail is dead on the bubble level and I'm adjusting the 3 different screen positions but the doors often drift. Miss having a latch
very helpful thank you. That middle plastic divider on the bottom track can be pre-drilled from the bottom and screwed in with some silicon first before you install the bottom track. Other than that everything looked o.k. Delta website says 3/16 drill bit for anchors into tile, you said 5/16 but I guess I'll find out who is right (and maybe it doesn't matter). Edit: it was definitely 5/16" I wish you would show how you made those holes. I tried a few with a standard tile-auger type of bit and it sucked. They tell you make a 1/8" hole first and then go up to the 5/16, and that sort of helped. But after 4 holes the 1/8" bit was gone. Much better to use the tube-style of cutter with the incorporated water holder. Again thanks for the video, it was the best one I could find. I may have to make my own will be competition for you :)
My package is also missing those glass bottom corner caps, I'm at the point of the install currently. Few things I noticed you did wrong is used the acrylic wall anchors instead of the ones for tile and you mounted the glass the wrong way, one side is coated to prevent spotting. Thank you for the video I used it instead of the instructions.
Thank you for the video; hard pressed to find anything on internet for this type of door install! I was wondering how wide your opening for doors is? The video is much appreciated!!!!!!
Good question. The opening was 54 inches. I suggest you stop by Home Depot and look at what’s dimensions are available before hiring anyone to install your tiles. Thanks
@@markpersonal3308 Thanks Mark! Was looking at how much yours overlapped each other in the middle, with doors closed; got a good idea now; your opening is 54'', so is mine!!! Again appreciate you taking the time to make video! OH, will not make that mistake with door guides "BIG THANKS"! LOL
Thanks for the video. I started installing this door today and hopefully finish tommorow. Your video gave me further confidence. Glad you made mistakes so I can learn from them😏 one question though I have read reviews on this kit and people have had issues with the weight support of the track. Have you had any issues so far?
Thank you for uploading this video! I bought exactly the same product and in the same color. I found out one of my tile walls out of plumb by half an inch towards the ceiling with the bottom being bowed in! What would you do in this situation with trying to make the sliding door jambs plumb to 90 degrees?
Thank you.
This video helped me so much.
The instructions that came with the Delta are just too confusing.
You’re the best had numerous problems. Also, your video is awesome thanks for the help and the tips.
Thanks for all your help man!✊🏼
How do you put an anchor into the wall when your tub and side walls are all one piece. This makes the wall 1.5 inches away from the wall.

Thank you! Very helpful!
Thank you for your video. What is the waterproof sealant you used to glue the bottom bar?

Mark we have the other style doors, the rain effect ones for privacy. Will those work with this frame?
As long as the Pieces in the package or the same then they should work
