Thank you so much for posting. I have never seen the CBC feed before. Can’t forget Aaron Ward won those two in 1997 and 1998 then wound up in Carolina for this one. Great to see lots of these guys get their rings. Hasek was one of my favorite goalies.
My #1 favourite team is Buffalo, and #2 is Detroit, so when Hasek went to the red wings yeah I was disappointed but seeing Hasek raise the cup puts a smile on my face and a tear in my eye ..:')
just came here after watching the ABC broadcast...did scotty announce his retirement to CBC before anyone else??? even Stevie's in his interview on ABC during the celebration wouldn't say if he was retiring or not
