Freestyle is class apart! You can't compare it to Tata Tiago. When I went to Ford showroom to book Ecosport, my mom a 50 year old woman instantly loved freestyle which was in the showroom. This proves that the looks of Freestyle attracts a person who has no knowledge about cars. It was so attractive to my mom that we have a Ritz which my parents use now and they decided to sell it off and buy a Freestyle in 2021. My mom was impressed by the sheer robustness of the body and doors. When she closed the doors she recognised that the sound is very different to that of Ritz. And to close the door properly she had to use more energy. And she told me that cars need to have such built quality. Can u imagine this coming out of my mom? I was shocked. I've seen Nexon, Venue and XUV 300, I dint like Sonet's looks so dint even approach the dealer. I was impressed by Ford Ecosport and XUV300. These two look and give us the seating position of an SUV. Ecosport engine refinement and the power it generates was too good. People say it's congested at back etc but my parents who weigh above 80 kgs were able to sit relxingly behind with third person. And for 2 people back seat has a lot of space. Except for XUV 300 and Ecosport none of the other CSUVs have that SUVish look. Nexon looks like an XXL Indica, Venue like i20 Active. Both of their seating positions are more or less like a hatch. I dint like XUV300's infotainment system and cabin color, also the fit and finish was not what we expect out of a 14 lakh car hence brought Ecosport Sports diesel. Reviewers said the Suspension is stiff and we will feel potholes but trust me I drove the car over potholes to test suspension and it was butter smooth and we felt very very minor jerks inside the cabin. NVH is too good and refinement is wonderful. I had issue on first day with clutch but I got used to it in 2 days and now I don't feel any issue with clutch. Except for Wireless charging Ecosport is loaded and is on par with Venue when it comes to useful features. Ex: Automatic HID headlamps, Automatic rain sensing vipers, keyless passive entry, tilt and telescopic steering are practical and are useful. I'm not fan of wireless chargers, JBL/Bose systems and air purifier. I can get them in aftermarket. Sound system may not be JBL or Bose but it's really really good. It doesn't require Rear AC vents coz the AC is very powerful and under Max AC car gets cooled in 1 min in afternoon since it's winter and in Summer it could take 3-5 mins in the afternoon. In the nights, level 1 blower is enough to cool down Car. Also touch screen very responsive and better than my friend's Hyundai touchscreen. But coming to Freestyle and Figo, Ford did miss out on DRLs and projector headlamps which I feel is a must now a days to enhance looks of the car. If and when Ford offers the DRLs and projectors to these cars, they'll become the most sold for sure. That will complete this cars and there will be nothing to complain. I usually don't comment but I wanted to write this out of the experience which I'm enjoying with Ecosport and I want my fellow Indian to enjoy this American built and quality.
And actually freestyle engine is the same as that of Eco sport, but with lesser body weight, that's why freestyle rocks and is in fact younger sister of Eco, the build quality is second to none esp. Tata makes, and many of the reviewers from South India call it hot lady, and some call freestyle as the next reliable family member after an Alsatian dog...wow..
Freestyle is from upperclass segment. No comparison between Freestyle & Tiago. We should compare it with Polo Cross, i20 Active & Etios Cross. Tiago NRG kaha se aa gayi. 😒😒😒

Tranction control, 6 airbags, hill launch assist,Electrionic stability programme, electronic brake distribution,anti rollover protection,EPS, solid build quality , you are comparing all these to a car which has just orange colour in dashboard. Really disappointed with your review. Ford freestyle is more value for money clearly in front of any car. The 2nd top variant that is titanium gives features such as traction control, hill launch assist and also you didn't mention active roll over protection feature. These features are not present in cars which are way more expensive than it. It's priced at around 7.6 Lakh on road which also has all the other necessary features too. Also with a better engine. Sorry to say but you are biased.
Rajat Yerigeri freestyle is indeed an amazing car and I own one . But unfortunately ford has not marketed it well so I hardly see any freestyles in Mumbai roads . Nevertheless it’s a superb car

Ford freestyle is an amazing car, great value for money package, cannot compare with nrg as it is from a lower segment. Tiago is an entry level hatchback (from which nrg is made) whereas Figo is a premium hatchback

Price difference could be majorly due to ABS, EBD , TCS, Hill assist being offered in freestyle as opposed to Tiago..where it's unavailable even as options on d lower spec models.. that way freestyle is good VFM product..

Rear seat is better on the Freestyle, so is the quality. Also Freestyle has lower maintenance costs. And no one ever questions the reliability of Ford atleast. So Freestyle is definitely worth it with a much better engine of course. Hence the winner.
Rear space is more on freestyle, but tiago's seat are comfortable. Reliability of ford cars? They are not very reliable. What do you mean by reliability? It's a headache to get ford car serviced, they can be serviced only by ford service centres, local mechanics can't repair ford cars and there are very limited ford dealerships in india. See the condition of ford cars in uk, people are throwing their ford cars becuase of the engine and their ecoboost engine is catching fire, a case is going against ford. Recently in gujarat, a endeavour caught fire for unknown reason and the owner died. Freestyle is surely a excellent car but tiago is anyday more practical, well build and durable.
What about the Hexa's rear axle falling in Chandigarh? Thats inspite of Chandigarh having good roads. The car got into a so called 'Naala' but thankfully the driver swam out. Moreover a Tigor catching fire recently went viral. Talking about the aftersales services and reliability, tata has always got a bad name till date. Get anyone else's opinion in general and you'll get it. And when talking about reliability, what about the reports of ac vent controllers coming of on the Harrier that to on the test cars? Its a car made on a JLR platform. But when test cars are so fragile, the long term reliability is highly laughable.
Tigor catching fire? I have watched that video and that video was a clickbait. The owner used a non certified fake cng kit in non certified cng car, fire is obvious. Even certified cng cars caught fire when they used non certified cng kits. What review are you taling, and which 3rd class review you have watched, i don't know but tata has clearly stated that production models will have better quality than these media cars. Ford cars are not at all practical in india
Ya of course they are fools right who will give a poor quality car to a reviewer and a good quality car to the customer. Tata just relies on the safety rating of Nexon. But ask any aware customer and definitely ford wins. Its the best seller in UK and US. And are considerably growing in India too.

Tiago NRG may provide a little less power compared to freestyle but Tiago JTP is more powerful than freestyle also TATA hasn't compromised with the Build quality . Tiago scored 4* in Global NCAP crash test. Friends don't just take name Tiago coz brother of Tiago i.e Tiago JTP is more powerful than freestyle.
I don't understand how these you tuber allowed to criticize any brand. They must be certified by any regulatory authority to give transparent review only, not there view. The view must be only of customer who are owning the brand or going to purchase car with hard earned money.

I wud compare the Tiago NRG Petrol with Freestyle Trend Petrol variant.. still the NRG is cheaper by about 90K on road!! Style wise Freestyle has a slight edge.. Quality levels overall are same.. Performance wise Freestyle has a slight edge.. NVH wise Freestyle slight edge again.. Space wise, Freestyle again slightly.. Ride n Handling too Freestyle very slight edge.. So overall Freestyle as a product has a slight edge in terms of Style, Performance, Dynamics, Comfort n Space.. but is it good enough to be priced 90K over NRG! is the question.. Overall both are very close n may be NRG has a slight edge due to its incredible value! Diesel wise there is no comparison just pick the Freestyle eyes closed just for that engine!!

In terms of safety, performance, inbuilt quality , Ford freestyle far superior than TATA Tiago NRG. Freestyle is more premium vehicle than TATA tiago. In fact , Ford freestyle is real winner in any terms But video seems purely biased . In my experience, freestyle runs like rocket and can overtake any car in the highway.

Bro I bought freestyle petrol titanium a week back the car is literally a gem the feeling when you sit inside or drive or operate its controls and features is literally other worldly. When i have decided to buy a car my first option was tiago. I have visited the showroom and gained knowledge about the product i decided to buy and last thing i was waiting for the test Drive. BOOM I didn't like it at all. It felt like vibrating a lot even in standing as running position and there i dropped my decision to buy tiago. Then one of my friend told me about Freestyle. Just in one Look i was impressed. It seems Ford Freestyle is one of the most under rated car as it has premium safety features which hardly come in any other car at that price. I took test drive and drive comfort was amazing. Now it has been 9 months and i am very happy with Drive Comfort. Sound system. Mileage and looks too. It is indeed beast in this segment and Tiago indeed a good car but Freestyle is also Real Value for Money
If any one wants to drive a car for 10 years ,then go with ford freestyle diesel flair varient. This is sure that after driving it u will not love any other car .So go for it.

Even I feel more comfortable in Mahindra Commander comapred to your Tiago... Dont dare to compare Ford with Faata... With your kind of reviews you would have better compred Volkswagen, Toyota or Honda....

Price difference could be majorly due to ABS, EBD , TCS, Hill assist being offered in freestyle as opposed to Tiago..where it's unavailable even as options on d lower spec models.. that way freestyle is good VFM product..
Also the touch screen system and wheels are better in Freestyle.

Rear seat is better on the Freestyle, so is the quality. Also Freestyle has lower maintenance costs. And no one ever questions the reliability of Ford atleast. So Freestyle is definitely worth it with a much better engine of course. Hence the winner.
Rear space is more on freestyle, but tiago's seat are comfortable. Reliability of ford cars? They are not very reliable. What do you mean by reliability? It's a headache to get ford car serviced, they can be serviced only by ford service centres, local mechanics can't repair ford cars and there are very limited ford dealerships in india. See the condition of ford cars in uk, people are throwing their ford cars becuase of the engine and their ecoboost engine is catching fire, a case is going against ford. Recently in gujarat, a endeavour caught fire for unknown reason and the owner died. Freestyle is surely a excellent car but tiago is anyday more practical, well build and durable.
What about the Hexa's rear axle falling in Chandigarh? Thats inspite of Chandigarh having good roads. The car got into a so called 'Naala' but thankfully the driver swam out. Moreover a Tigor catching fire recently went viral.
Talking about the aftersales services and reliability, tata has always got a bad name till date. Get anyone else's opinion in general and you'll get it. And when talking about reliability, what about the reports of ac vent controllers coming of on the Harrier that to on the test cars? Its a car made on a JLR platform. But when test cars are so fragile, the long term reliability is highly laughable.
And of course the pathetic attitude of tata aftersales staff is famous all over India and doesn't need any explanation.
Tigor catching fire? I have watched that video and that video was a clickbait. The owner used a non certified fake cng kit in non certified cng car, fire is obvious. Even certified cng cars caught fire when they used non certified cng kits. What review are you taling, and which 3rd class review you have watched, i don't know but tata has clearly stated that production models will have better quality than these media cars. Ford cars are not at all practical in india

Tata just relies on the safety rating of Nexon. But ask any aware customer and definitely ford wins. Its the best seller in UK and US. And are considerably growing in India too.

Style wise Freestyle has a slight edge.. Quality levels overall are same.. Performance wise Freestyle has a slight edge.. NVH wise Freestyle slight edge again.. Space wise, Freestyle again slightly.. Ride n Handling too Freestyle very slight edge..
So overall Freestyle as a product has a slight edge in terms of Style, Performance, Dynamics, Comfort n Space.. but is it good enough to be priced 90K over NRG! is the question.. Overall both are very close n may be NRG has a slight edge due to its incredible value!

When i have decided to buy a car my first option was tiago. I have visited the showroom and gained knowledge about the product i decided to buy and last thing i was waiting for the test Drive. BOOM I didn't like it at all. It felt like vibrating a lot even in standing as running position and there i dropped my decision to buy tiago. Then one of my friend told me about Freestyle. Just in one Look i was impressed. It seems Ford Freestyle is one of the most under rated car as it has premium safety features which hardly come in any other car at that price. I took test drive and drive comfort was amazing. Now it has been 9 months and i am very happy with Drive Comfort. Sound system. Mileage and looks too. It is indeed beast in this segment and Tiago indeed a good car but Freestyle is also Real Value for Money
