Market structure is the overall order flow of the forex market and provides us with a mechanical framework to read and understand price.
When you understand and map market structure correctly, it massively increases the probability of understanding where price is more likely to go to next, but also the behaviour of how price will likely move to get there.
You need to have a mechanical method for mapping market structure consistently the same way every single time. If you can be consistent in your approach to analysing the FX market, then you increase the probability of achieving consistent results within an uncertain market environment.
KEY POINTS
Bullish trend/OF - higher highs and higher lows
Bearish trend/OF - lower lows and lower highs
Swing high - highest point that caused the swing low
Swing low - lowest point thar caused the swing high
Strong low - lows that caused highs (HL’s)
Strong high - highs that caused lows (LH’s)
After a break of structure (BOS) - expect a pullback on that timeframe
CHoCH - bullish structure changing to bearish structure (vice versa)
- Can signal that a swing run has ended and a swing pullback has started
- Can signal that a swing pullback has ended and the next swing run has started

This is by far the best explanation on Market structure I've seen. I've lost/missed soo many trades because I did not fully understand what a CHoCH is. Such a simple concept, but a tremendous game changer.

TYPE 1 (conservative) full body candle candle must close above the wick.
Type 2 ( aggressive) only a wick needs to form above the previous high.
25:00 Type 1 used when Swing high or low confirmation required = continuation.
Type 2 (wick break above the high or below the low) used for CHoCH
26:30 Live chart walk through. 4h TF valid pullback +-/ 40 pips (or a minimum 3 candles?? > WHY >< need three candles to form a high or low = middle plus one to left and one to right) 32:35 Reversal Minor fractal high taken out 33:32 BEARISH CHoCH is very subtle (best to scale down from 15 to 5m or less TF this fails to make a LL !! Bullish CHoCH forms and market takes out the Bearish Swing high = reversal confirmed.

10:20 Strong and Weak highs and lows (this concept changed my life) Bullish market have a series of STRONG HIGHER LOWS and Bearish market have a series of Strong Lower HIGHs 10:55 the job of a higher low is make a HH and the job of lower high is make a LL. 12:00 GOAL in bullish markets to catch HL and in Bearish market the goal is catch a LH simple! 13:10 TREND CHANGES: Photon uses a single BoS for the trend change. (the BoS take out a strong low therefore the low is now a weak low) 17:00 CHoCH is used for INTERNAL structure. First sign of weakness in market. 17:43 CHoCH carton > very good. Tools used include: Liquidity, Supply and Demand CHoCH form the HH and HL (Bullish condition) and LH and LL (bearish condition) 20:05 Complex pullbacks

Very comprehensive explanation, to the point and as simple as possible. If one understands this alone and knows how to apply it, then there's no reason why one won't crash the market.
I have been around FOREX for more than a decade, and i have looked at a lot A LOT of information here, i have even gone for paid content, but i have to admit that your content blows all the rest of it away by huge huge margins!!! I am even wondering how come i had not found you much earlier!!! Thank you for being so generous to give all that you have for free. With my experience in the markets i probably do not need to join the course, but i will for a couple of reasons, one is to get to learn it well so i can teach my kids and close friends, and secondly, to promote and support the channel. Irrespective of signals and tutor vids, you can never compare it with working with a laid down pattern, it’s way more lucrative…
You do have a point, tutorial videos can be helpful but certainly not for an intending trader or newbie, how do you get passed predicting marketing trends and know what exact techniques to use.
what do you mean laid down pattern? The technicality and complex nature of earning on the market calls for careful analysis to ensure making profit.
It really is straight forward, if you had close relations with millionaires, soon you would be one or already are one, also with a thief. Why? Because you know what steps to take. Even on the financial market it’s same, you got it right careful analysis and study in tether words, skill experience and expertise, I worked with one already versed and used to earning; J Ronald Jack. A licensed IA, his methods have me making remunerative ends of Wall Street.

I have to say that my understanding of Market Structure alone has improved drastically the last few weeks, I had a look at the course itself and I am very interested, there any coupon available as the annual fee is best suited given the price, I understand the costing model, but it is expensive

Hey, I just came across your channel yesterday and I must say that you are exceptionally good at explaining things. I thought I had understood everything about market structure and how to look at the larger picture and not get caught by the internal structure until minute 27 roughly where you showed the break of structure at a level I would not have expected. I would have thought that the major structural point would have been much further down, around the 17th of Feb. Can you explain why you picked that low and not the one around the 2th as the main swing points? Thanks in advance

That means (strong and weak highs/lows)... in an uptrend strong lows creates weak highs and in a downtrend strong highs creates weak lows. That makes sense I love it.
I also learnt something new here, because when it comes to market structure during the internal structure the last low/high is the one we consider to be the last to break the structure, but only to find out we have to pay attention to the lowest/highs points

I would still need a little more clarity on some of the structure mapping especially, where you were reading internal structure using wick highs/lows (I know you can't reveal all ha!).
Overall however I would say this has been the absolute clearest example of market structure explanation I've seen on TH-cam or in courses.

I agree with you. I had a senior colleague at work who was living well but never had an investment unfortunately his job ended so he went from living well to surviving with his family. If he had an investment, he would have had another source of income

The investment is a preliminary decision to be taken for the future. If you see this and don't have an investment, plan to have one, so you don't end up like my senior colleague at work
