The course is so worth it, it has all of the technicals like Phantom but the animations and video quality and notion templates make it much easier and smoother to watch. Studies also show that the more upbeat and fast the music, the higher risk a person was willing to take, so yes listening to relaxing music really does help with emotion control.

we really need these type of psychology based videos especially after leaving the demo and going live .We all have an ideal self 6 months or a year from now and never hours or days, so knowing about random distribution really sways the focus from short term to long term which is a great paradigm shift.

Man, the importance of documenting everything! Track your technicals but also track the execution of your technicals (compliance). You need stats on how well your strategy performs but also how well you perform your strategy.

exactly wat i gone thru regs to the pendulum of emo...i could hit 100 trades with profits,in a row-YES,straight(but scalping 10-30 pips),n grow a balance to 3000% in 2weeks,THEN,the over-elated pride kicks in(almost all the time),like wow,i'm an amazing trader,super confident n proud...guess wat,i lose the nxt 1-2 trades,ALL of it(coz i don use SL)...but,all those times i maintained scoring straights profits-i employed the emotionless treatment...so,from wat u explain here,it makes sense!n also,if u expect for PnL targets,u WILL lose!just by going with the flow,will minimize the misery!
