Cobra 29 LTD CB radio repair off frequency, cold solder joint

Cobra 29 LTD was brought to me and the radio is off frequency and sometimes does not receive it all. it is off a channel so channel 19 was actually 18. pretty easy fix cold solder joint. thanks for watching. please subscribe ‪@bucketsgarage‬#cbradio #cbsbroadcasting

But i resolderdd 80% main bords took old solder off drives me nuts

Great. I have a 29 classic that I'm installing a frequency counter in. The counter is a 8 digit counter similar to the plj 8 led counter. I've looked around a lot and seems as tp1 or tp2 on the board is where it should connect. Can you tell me which one.
