@@maktabati_maxed arcane feels like cheating sometimes, honestly. Plenty of bosses you can kill in basically one damage window. I'd say "poor Amygdala" but I don't feel much mercy for it after the defiled chalice 😂

Would've been even better if it scaled with Strength rather than -Skill- Bloodtinge. Real archery involves a lot of brute muscle power.
Demons souls bow builds are viable specially with hyper mode. I guess almost everything is with it lol
@@DinnerForkTonguethe bow scales with Bloodtinge. I think it was a good decision because Bloodtinge in general ,while strong, has limited options compared to the other 3 stats

You should try bloodletter. I’m currently doing a play through with that and it’s awesome. I’m only at 50 bloodtinge too so I can’t imagine how much damage I’ll do later, especially with the right blood gems.
I've been asked by a few people to do one. Sadly, I accidentally deleted my Bloodtinge character so I would need to do a fresh run first.

Can confirm. Out of all the builds I’ve tried in this game, the bowblade was the closest thing to breaking the game. Chikage + bloodtinge in general is extremely good, I was always shocked me that it was never truly nerfed.

Played BB when it released. Beat it through time lol. Made other characters for other classes but always stopped around ROM due to that dreadful fear I have. Recently got interested in Bloodtinge and have taken it all the way to just before the caged headed lunatic dude(forgot the name) and decided to face the DLC once again. Just completed that DLC today(hell yes!) and am at lvl 85. Have 45 pts in BT and 25 in Skill swingin the Chikage and Church Pick in main and Evelyn in off. Love it! Also I never knew that fire dragon guy awakens so I will have to go back and take him on. Then I will have to step back into main game and kill caged head and face my fears of the boss that gave me a lot of trouble in my first playthrough, Ebrietas Daughter of the Cosmos. Dont know why but it took my 50 or more tries back in the day lol. Gonna try and mess with that Simons Bowblade after seeing this.

8:03 you can backstab with fully charged shots!? Holy shit, I missed out on so much when I used this weapon. Honestly I feel like I tend to get tunnel vision with things like this, next time I do a playthrough for some weapon I've got to watch a video like this first to see all the cool tricks you can do 😁

I maxed out my Bloodtinge for the Chikage, but I got pretty bored of it after a while. I didn’t want to waste a whole build so I tried this and omfg, some bosses can be so easily cheesed just cause they’re not made for long range fighting.
Me and my friend Vegeta (running joke between me and him) but we just got the dlc for bloodborne and I told him I heard there was some type of bow weapon in the dlc and he sat there telling me it was crap and not worth getting and then I sit here watch this and just laugh when I get it and start beating him at killing beasts

first time i beat orphan when i was 14 was cause my summon would charge snipe him in the back across the arena for me to visceral 😂 this weapon has no peers

You should use Oedon Writhe or something like that, gives you back 2 bullets for each viceral itll help with ammo

You can also get it early by speedsunning to Simon as soon as Old Hunters DLC unlocks, pick up some Blood Chunks and cheese Simon by R2 spamming him behind the pillars. I beat Logarian with the Bowblade right after Rom and having 30 Bloodtinge, 30 Skill and some decent early gems.
Try it with poorman gems 😊😊
I haven't played Elden Ring yet, but this is the best bow gameplay in an Souls game with Miyazaki as the lead director.
The other one is Dark Souls 2 (Miyazaki wasn't on the lead) but we love to hate that game, don't we?
The Bow play in Elden Ring is pretty tight. Agreed on DS2 having the best Bow play otherwise (and I am in the camp of people who believe DS2 is the best in the Trilogy).
