One thing I am unsure of.. what settings do you have your melee thralls set at? Mine sprint out to meet them so I am thinking it is the chase setting?

My fighers are all set to 5 meters defensive on everything stops them straying to far me 🦆

@@OwDoGaming-kx9jo Yep that's what I was thinking. Also adding a teleporter and more stuff above to get more cauldrons.
Pretty good for farming a bit of everything
@@OwDoGaming-kx9jo I did notice one issue though with the spot. Often for me at least when the star caller spawns, they will kill themselves with meteors fairly quickly. I did have one good purge, but got killed while mining the star metal and had issues with things loading to the point that I had to kill the star caller. Wasn't able to mine all the meteors because of how many there were.

Love the idea so I tried it and it doesn't work. Sat here for almost 1/2 hr trying to start a purge but all I kept getting was there was nowhere for the enemy base camp to set up.
Only things I can suggest are try moving your coffer around a bit. Sometimes if it’s too close to something else it can cause problems. Or it maybe your foundations inside might be a bit too high try putting some stairs up to them.

Built you're other base and it's absolutely brilliant.
@@OwDoGaming-kx9jo I did eventually find a place for the coffer that would allow the forward base to spawn.Right on the steps to the structures, which isn't really a problem other than the Hand of War spawns inside the steps and is extremely hard to kill to end the purge.
Does the star metal hit anything inside as it falls?
Nope me 🦆. The mesh around saves you any grief from the pesky star callers. All the star metal will be stuck all over it. Jobs a good un 👍
The Purge wont trigger, says no reachable location
its such a fickle beast, Try repositioning your coffer could be it a little too close to a wall or other building part
Figured it out. The coffer was fine. It's the distance from camp into base. I built a staircase up to the deck by the tree, and it now triggers it every time.
