I have 3 of the Campark t-45 (i think) cameras. I've been rather disappointed in their performance. The picture/video quality and capture speed is what you would expect from a camera in this price point. My big problem is that they run through AA batteries faster than a Dominican can get through a rosery. The internal clock setting burned through a set of new AAs (with the camera off) in less than a week. And when the batteries go dead you lose all your settings. Maybe the micro SD card on the T150 fixed that. I hooked my cameras up to 12Ah external battery setups and they burn through them in 2 months. You have to cut the plastic housing on the camera so you can open the camera and keep the batteries plugged too. I highly doubt that the little solar panel on the top of the T150 would be able to keep the batteries usage I'm experiencing out of my cameras. I hope you'll do some follow up testing to let us know how your camera perform.

That is interesting to see this camera. Interested to see with the connection issue how it will connect . I would try it depending what your final review will say.. I trust your opinion brother..

Quick tip on the tiny SD cards and finding them if you drop one, touch it with a really thin dot of pink or some other bright color of nail polish. I do that so I can find in my bag even.

Thanks for the video. I don't believe you will need rechargeable batteries for your solar to work. Most of the cameras I have tell you not to use rechargeable batteries with the solar. The solar just helps support the batteries when there is no sun so the power does not all come from the batteries but from the solar panel as a supplement. I have a lot of cellular cameras and really love them as I don't need to be anywhere close to the camera to get my pictures and they happen almost instantly as soon as motion is detected it transmits the picture. The wi-fi is a cheaper alternative for sure but you can get unlimited plans pretty reasonable depending on the manufacturer you using. How far can you be away from the camera with your phone and still get it to connect via wi-fi? Thanks again!

That's kind of correct. The T150 actually has an internal rechargeable battery (around 4000mAh I think) which is recharged by the solar panel. The battery can also be recharged via 5V USB. This means you may never need to fit any batteries. However, the internal rechargeable battery won't hold much charge in the cold and you may need to fit four Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA cells.
