  • STRETCHES FOR SCI SPASM MANAGEMENT
    I do stretches everyday because it helps with my spasticity and has a range of other health benefits.
    As I am sitting everyday in my wheelchair, I believe it is very beneficial and important to stretch all the muscles and keep range of motion.
    In this video I also show how my spasms improve after stretching and some tips for the person helping with the stretches to make it easier for them, so they don't strain themselves stretching you.

    I was discouraged for many years but when I start watching videos of People with the same Problems it is helping me to start exercising thanks for your videos

    Great tips and advice Em not only for people with spasms and/or spinal injuries but for all people - most people have various levels of capacity and individual skeletal variations that impact ranges of movement... knowing your own body is key 👍🏼😊 really enjoyed this

    Yes, I totally agree with you on how important daily stretching is. I am C4,5,6 and my wife helps me with everything. Good job with the video!

      I have altered sensation so sometimes I feel nothing and sometimes I feel tingling 😊
