    This works so well to FKA Twigs 'Lights On' I have very limited access to a pole but I'll be trying these moves when I can. Thanks so much for posting them.

    Truly amazing ❤️ you are the reason I have the desire to dance again... pole dance has always been something about which I said I will maybe try it in the future, but I am truly thinking about buying a pole and start practicing now 😍 thank you, you’re an inspiration

      @@vd9697 hey! I am so happy to hear that 🥰 believe in yourself! I know you can do it and even more than you can imagine! Since i am in graduation year, i have only had time to practice now and then. But it is so much fun and I know that even if I havent practiced daily yet, I get better in slow steps and feel passion and motivation when dancing! So I am looking forward to having graduated and being able to focus more on my hobbies after all this study 😍 but so far I love it and its totally worth it.

    Your videos are wonderful! I just finished teaching my first six week session of beginner pole fitness. I look forward to the next session. The thing I struggle with most is transitions and flows. I just watched one of your videos about flow. It was great. I do not have a dance background. My background is water skiing, snowboarding, hiking and bodybuilding. Interestingly, bodybuilding competitions have done the most to make me more graceful. I look forward to watching more of your videos. Thank you so much for sharing.

    This is an excellent video! I was noticed you were able to dance with either hand. When learning should you use your dominant hand/side for everything while practicing or is it a bad idea to get used to one arm being dominant? Do most dancers learn both sides?

  • @elizabethhansen5137
    @elizabethhansen5137 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Also should a beginner learn in a fixed or spinning pole?

    • @ThePoleDancer
      @ThePoleDancer  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you're just at the beginning of your pole journey I recommend to focus on learning basic spins on the static pole. On creating that oppositional momentum for spins, as opposed to just holding on to the spin pole. Then I start introducing the spinning pole to the more advanced beginners.
