Your are such a good teacher thank you for all the time you put into your videos I learn so much from watching you I think your techniques are unique you flow into movements Smoothly and use your whole body to show ecpressions that are very beautiful to watch you defiantly influence me, I have wanted forever to practice pole dancing but never actually did, now I'm determined to learn and practice the things you teach and am trying to get into a class which aren't that many available ive noticed they are all so far from where I live but I still plan on taking one. Thank you. ~flower
This helps me so much. I'm a beginner on the pole, but, l do have a dancer's background. Incorporating actual dance moves with the pole, helps tremendously. I no longer feel intimidated by my pole. Thanks to you.
@@marlenesimpson3489 Aww So happy to hear that. 🥳 You‘re so lucky that you have a dancer‘s background, this should give you confidence. In my experience, many polers are intimadated by the dance moves, less so by the pole moves. But of course, everyone has different type of struggles.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! That is exactly what I needed :3 In class, we are often learning and practicing something which I is on the edge of my skill level, so just freestyling with my body and my own style is a part in pole dance which really comes short. But you really motivated me to do that! And especially to do it without so much pressure. I had so much fun!
This is a great video! Not just for dancing/ pole but also for stretching after a day in the office. Thank you so much! Also the video is very well made. Thank you for your effort!
as someone who has been taking classes of pole fitness but wants to transition to pole dance, i really appreciate this kind of videos. just a suggestion: a series of how to transition from pole fitness to pole dance would be awesome
I definitely will. You're not alone. I hear so often about the "pole fitness to pole dance" challenge. Any idea how it can be different than these "pole flow" series?
@@ThePoleDancer I think you can compliment these type of videos with a little bit of floor work. we also tend to work a lot on poses on static poles, however when it comes to a spinning one it's a lot harder for us, maybe you could give us some tips you're an amazing teacher, i appreciate your hard work

i have trouble relaxing my thumb
Important insight! Do you think you can relax your thumb more by isolating the movement and focusing more on it?
