I have seen a tour of this house on another channel a couple years ago. The basement had water damage and broken windows. I guess the repairs were never finished.
Love it we just need the color on the walls that came with that time frame. They don't make houses like this bathrooms were awesome love the architecture

Hi there, yes the basement is still not in good condition so we didn't include it on the video.
It's a nice house but it needs lots of updating inside and repairs outside.

What a nice home. My only concern with modern bedroom closets, there is isn't anywhere to hang my long coats or evening gowns.
