I heard they hire via CCDSAP Certification, could you explain that process in detail apart from possibly other ways by which one can apply Off Campus.
The career page is the only option. They only hire when there is requirement. If there is no opening in careers page means there is no requirement at the moment.

Bhaiya I am new to this competitive programming, I am not even able to solve easy level problems on hackerrank, what should I do? And how much time should I spend on a question before going to check editorial or solution to the question.
Initially it seems tough but it will come with practice. In the beginning you can see solution after trying for half an hour or so.. as you might be unaware of lot things which are quite common in CP, but after the time you get comfortable you should at-least thing for complete. 2-3 hours before looking into solution.

Bhaiya can make a video on graph for cp. I am able to solve most of the question from leetcode and gfg but really struggles to solve it during contest
For that you need to give more and more contests.. speed and accuracy will come with contests
