Have been consuming all sorts of so called CP roadmaps and guideline videos on youtube but this is the first time I ever came across an actual guy who understands CP to the core ! Best guideline video ever ! Thank you so much !!

Really needed to see this exact video. Here at this moment, just for making my decision immortal, I declare that I won't rest till I become master on codeforces. I will be back and reply to my own comment when I do so. Currently I am a newbie with 879 rating. 2100 and there is no stopping me now.
As an expert i believe that hardwork plays a major role. A person with great iq would surely get quicker and better logic but he could be easily beated by someone who has done a lot more quality problems than him.

I wish I got this video when in College. I left codeforces after getting stuck in specialist. Although Leetcoding helped and successfully placed in Product Based Company, but still I would love to sharpen my coding skills.
Nice guide to the point. One video demand: How to understand editorial of questions on codeforces effectively? So that we can solve those type questions efficiently.(with live demo)
It's really helpful sir ! I could find even more new things throughout the video. Hope you can share the exhaustive list of topics and esp level-wise. Really good video and very well explained!!!
0% thrash talk or bragging and 100% to the point suggestions thanks for uploading this video... it really motivated me... right now i am just a pupil on CF and can barely solve question C and on leetcode i have a rating of around 1800. I will follow your suggestion and try to get better on CF.
One of my bad habits while pracitising questions was to take break after solving one problem. same happens while contest, energy goes down after solving 2-3 questions.
That's why we make a habit of giving virtual contest. The thing is energy goes down not just because your brain got tired. But mostly because satisfaction that you get after solving 2-3 questions. Never let the hunger for solving more questions die. And also don't be so skeptical about it, sooner or later with time..it will improve.
@@shaktimanitripathi Sir I also sometimes have a thought that I should pursue psychology but I am from financially reserved background and CS is good for me.. Bhai Can you pls tell me what should I do ?

Hi Shakti, as I am an experienced programmer so I started from leetcode HARD level problems. As of October 2021 , there are almost 430 leetcode HARD problems. I am planning to complete them in the next 5 months. Post that I will start codeforces. Do you recommend that ?
5 months is a big gap brother. You should only take breaks for cp contests when you want to dive deep into the theory part of the cp. But once you are well versed..you can keep it alternating i.e. 30 days for solving then 30 days giving contests regularly!
Nice tips. You should have told you were a master level at the start of the video itself. Its not about bragging, as a viewer it gives more confidence that you know what you are talking about. Thanks for sharing
bro why didn't you made this before..my first year messed up..with no progress...if i start now upto placements time.....can i reach to good level or should i skip some parts in this video...up to now i learnt language and did implementation questions ,stl .but haven't learnt any algo's and data structures other than that...really loved your video
It's absoluetly true even legendary grandmasters get stuck... This year only the G.O.A.T. "tourist" himself got stuck in a problem in the ICPC world finals and he had to take help from another best Petr and endagorion
I started dsa 1st and was stuck in a loop that 1st I'll complete dsa then practice on DSA...But now I'll start on codeforces rating wise I'll solve problems and learn dsa from their tutorial...IT is okay? Will I be good as peers around me are already getting good in Dsa for interviews..so won't I lag behind??
