The point that you said in the last 23.27 is exactly 100% true sir. Once we get free anything most people ignore it and sometimes they think that as worthless.

20,000 makes sense, given a major Shutdown Turnaround. Given that turnaround time needs to be minimal, the details of work orders need to be planned by the hour. It would make sense to have the schedule detailed to , say, level 7. TAR may have all of Civil/Mech/E&I/Pre-comm/Comm to do in 3 or 4 months.

Procurement Log, we need to get the detail of BOQ approved by commercial and purchase order. All basic details like Delivery, Clauses and general terms you will get. That we need to verify from store keeper that material received are acceptable or not. After issue to contractor for work whether they utilised all material at site and approved by QC and PMC (Project management contractor) for billing approval. Pls correct me if wrong

Hello Hygne manufacturing, what you said might be correct on manufacture process not project lifecycle. In the projects, we start the project with approved BOQ, then we have a procurement department which develop the materials list, then when the materials delivered to the site QA/QC department will check if it complies with the project approved materials submittal and project specs, then contractor will raise materials inspection request to the consultant, then the materials can be stored/used on site.

I as Technical background and Tech Tinkerer started tinkering Planning... found very boring as ENGINEER!! As my background is little bit passionate about many techs tinkering so for me Planning Engineer role is not good for growth in terms of self improvement and growth!! Even I was getting job in DESCON PAKISTAN BUT I'm trying for QC or Execution Field who are much more technical but Design field is yet Love!!
