When I was playing the game, the moment I heard about "You will forever feel the pain you felt when you died", my priority changed from escaping to dying the least painful death.
Honestly, slitting you wrists and bleeding out would probably be the best way to go in Corpse Party, since any other seemingly quick and painless death, like jumping off the roof headfirst, would suck because that one moment of white hot agony between your skull caving in and your brain squishing to pulp would be stretched into infinite in the Ghost School.
And when you consider that escape is basically impossible unless you're unfathomably lucky,(like winning the lottery 10 times in a row lucky) than downing the nearest cyanide capsule seems like the safest bet to go for.
@@guythatdosethingssometimes2651 Yeah. The second game especially makes it clear, just how much Sachiko is in control there. The only reason main characters had a chance to do anything was because she was playing around with them. When you play as Sayaka, you are doomed. There is nothing to do, you are trapped in that underground until you starve. At any time she feels like it, Sachiko could put you into a dead end with no escape. And even if you're given a chance, you need Yuki's help to escape.
For anyone that didnt get the ending: Satoshit, as the loser he is, managed to mix up his sisters part of the charm, with someone elses, from another school. While his arms got teleported to his original school because they were holding on to him, the rest of his body got TP'd to whatever school that charm is from.
So he teleported to a different school but because they were holding Satochi's arms his arm got seperated? I kinda got confused so am i right? At first i thought that Satochi did a mistake so he was stuck in the "haunted school" and died their while his arms only made it but damn this ending is bad
I agree with most things said in this video, however, there's one thing I disagree with. Leaving Yuka "Sweet" Mochida behind on the table would be a very bad idea. Here's why: In normal world's situation you can possibly save your skin by leaving another victim behind, but Heavenly Host Elementary School changes this. Everyone who dies lingers behind in the school as a spirit. If you leave someone behind when they need you the most, they will come back as a vengeful spirit. You'd only be making more enemies, and worse yet, an enemy whose vengeance is directed at YOU. This is a rare case when trying to save someone by putting your life at risk, even if they are still very likely going to die, can help you in the long run. Because after they die, the best case scenario is that they become a helpful spirit and the worst case is they become neutral, neither help nor hinder you.
@@Olivia-iv8kdPlease what's the full name of this anime? Every time I try to watch this anime, I'm always confused about the watch order; cuz there are multiple.
the reveal that the pile of meat in the hallway was the remains of someone we knew was so horrifying to me its still the most memorable part of the game imo
The thing about blond haired guy is.. he was in love with Ayumi. He didn't come back to save everyone, he came back for her. That is why he would have wanted to keep Ayumi from going back, he cared about her the most. You can tell because of his behaviour, but also because right as he gets stabbed through the door, he started saying I love you
That's why i will forever hate Ayumi. I watched all of the game playthroughs and he's alive but still that always irked me the most his death was worthless and she just watched him die and called him names
For anyone wondering what ACTUALLY happened. When satoshi and the girls finally make it outside, satoshi realizes that naomi wasn’t using the right charm. In order to escape heavenly host you have to use the charm from the school you came from. Before this, satoshi asked yuki (the ghost girl) what happens if they don’t use the right charms and soon realized that naomi wouldn’t be able to escape, so he lied on purpose and gave his charm (originally belonging to his sister, yuka) to naomi, the substitute charm he had wasn’t from his school, it was from ryuuya (the guy that chased yuka and killed mochida) satoshi knew he wasn’t gonna make it and still purposely lied to save naomi. If naomi just said earlier that she lost her charm then satoshi wouldn’t have had to die.
@@aoi3394 they would’ve prioritized finding a charm from their school and giving it to naomi, i mean literally all of they’re classmates are dead so they may aswell scavenge just one charm lol
I would recommend people play the game over watching the anime. It’s far more fleshed out and developed than the short anime. It’s a long game, but if you like the story and don’t mind the length, it’s far better. However, the endings are different. But in both game and anime, Yoshiki (blonde boy) is my best boy.
It's honestly astounding how much better the game is, like it's a solid 9/10 in my book whereas the anime is just really... bad A shame that the franchise as a whole is kind of a mess after such a good first installment
Yeah, I prefer the game's plot over the anime. And, not JUST because more people survive in the games. The game's story is dark and a little confusing, but pretty entertaining! \
I do too prefer the game over the anime but can't say is that bad My favorite thing from the entire fandom are the memes (I'm a cruel person) especially the one with "through the window, through the wall"
@@livedhill1640 No, people just handle trauma in different ways. You can witness something horrific and be emotionless not because you dont care but because your mind cant process what has just happened. It eventually catches up with you.
I mean, in one of the manga they make out when she dies. Then, when he gets home he hears her voice, goes into her room, dies, and makes out in the afterlife. It's... bizarre.
Blonde guy's real failing was having his sword edited out of his hand between the scene where he sees the scissors guy and five seconds later when he grapples with him. The scissors guy even slowly raises his weapon arm above his head which would have been an incredible opening for someone wielding a katana but I guess plot stupidity, bad writing or ghosts or something made it vanish. Lame.
@@Ghostie-Tempura No, you're right. He's way better in the game if you make the right choices. To be fair to the anime though, it decided to take every worst ending the game had to offer for the worst finale for the group to suffer. If the anime went the hard-to-do perfect route the game did, everyone (except for four of them as they're pre-destined to die) would've made it out alive.
It's been a while since I watched anything Corpse Party related until recently but I did see in a Rebuilt playthrough mention that Yuka is in middle school. Must've glossed over that in a PSP playthrough and throughout the 10 hour video, I was constantly annoyed by that shit. I wish she would just say Satoshi's name.
In Asian culture, if you call your elder siblings by name instead of "brother" you gonna get an ass whooping from him lol😂 Source: I'm Asian So I'm sure that Yuka calling her brother Onii-chan isn't about acting cute, it's a way to address a family member you are close to. Heck even 60 year old women address their elder brothers like that. I feel that the way anime girls use the word -chan kinda messed up the way it is perceived by non-Asian. It's kinda the equivalent of calling a sibling by a nickname or shortening their name.
Real talk though; there's no way to beat all the ghosts and 'survive Corpse Party other than sheer dumb luck. Even in the original game, the amount of sheer coincidence and lucky happenstance is so outrageous it's insane, especially when you also consider that there's only one good ending, one neutral ending which resets everything for a 'do over' to get everything right in the exact ring way, and about 100 other ending that leave our titular cast of characters as brutalized bloody chunks of gore splattered everywhere. *WARNING, SPOILERS FOR THE SECOND GAME AHEAD. READER BEWARE!* What's more, canonically, the good ending never actually happened, and the neutral ending of Satoshi (and maybe the two girls that survived with him. I can't quite remember) getting stuck in a time loop is the true ending that leads into Corpse Party: Book of Shadows, and that game is even more of a cluster fuck, because it starts introducing occultist, evil voodoo mumbo jumbo into the mix, which makes figuring out what's going on even more of a crap shoot. Going by some of Satoshi's dialogue, he's been through the Corpse Party dozens, if not hundreds of times, but hasn't succeeded once, and every time he fails he HAS to time hoop; he doesn't have a choice in the matter anymore. So even the neutral ending is still dog shit, and reinforces the fact that there is only one good ending, and an infinitely expanding number of ways to die horribly. And for the final cherry on top, there's a third game, Corpse Party: Blood Rush (at least, i think that's the name), and while I've never played that game, just it's existence alone let's me know that Satoshi and company still couldn't solve the Corpse Party problem, so they're still stuck in an infinite timeloop that they can no longer control.
@@Chiller-pc1dv What's it about? I mentioned it assuming it was a standard sequel, but like I said, I know absolutely nothing about it other than it exists.
actually blood drive, the loop breaks so satoishi did break the loop, it just not a spoiler theres a new villain that runs the school and it goes ham on the witches, cult stuff. In short its all about lets bring back our friends back with the book of blood!
How to beat corpse party Short answer: no Long answer: Try to find the least painful way to die here cause you're almost certainly not getting out of this one unless you're blessed with the luck of the Gods.
Dying in that school regardless painless or worst way possible, that would result in your spirit being stuck in that school and being tortured until your spirit was absorbed by the school regardless. So the only way to escape this unending torture is practically luck or somehow declining to do the charm which considering these are curious youth, fat chance of that happening.
And considering that when someone dies and their spirit lingers in that school, abandoning a friend thats close to you to death will likely turn them into a vengeful spirit that'll specifically go after you.
Answer:Unless you have plot armor and the world you living plaque by Comedy stuff. Also don't forget about power for deterrence like Magic,Esper power ect
@@bluemenace04 Spirits dont get absorbed by the school, they just lurk the grounds forever unable to move on. It was made clear that the afterlife is not accessible from the Nirvana(Dimension school is in). In Corpse Party Blood Drive you communicate with Seiko via Ouija board in a classroom despite a decent amount of time passing.
To be fair about Naomi trying to support Seiko in the bathroom stall, in one of the timelines in the second game, she does this, but doesn’t work. Spoiler alert for Corpse Party: Book of Shadows!!! Seiko runs from Naomi in terror once she catches her breath, and ends up dying on the large staircase nearby instead.
Seiko runs from Naomi because Naomi was the one who killed her originally. Naomi was possessed/darkened and wasnt in control of her actions. Sachiko knew about the timeloop and put the piano wire there to take Seiko's head clean off. Piano wire is pretty sharp lol
@@matthew90276 Yes, the second game basically acknowledges that this absolutely would work, and basically the world has to cheat to kill her after that.
well, since this takes place in the first timeline which the second (the book of shadows) timeline is forced to abide by, seiko wouldn't have to die to follow the rules of the first. or she would tbh, since her death is based much more in the heat of the moment, where mayu's was just forced to make the kill count the same.
Best solution: if your friend brought out a friends rituals, always pretend to faint to distract them from doing it, you save yourself and another soul. Get a friends bracelets and give it to them as 1-An Apology ( to show that you didn't forget) 2- Contribute (Shows that you want to make it up to them) safest way to make sure to not fuck with paranormal shits if said friend of yours is obsessed with that kind of stuff.
I remember finishing the game for the first time. I got the bad end where I failed to get out of the school at the last chime, teacher was dead, sister was dead, glasses dude was dead, meatball hair was dead, blonde dude was bleeding out iirc, and the rest became permanent residents. Retried again and got the end where Satoshi went back to the point before they did the Sachiko Goodluck Charm ritual. Oh, I remember the first bad end I got where I read ALL of the victim's memoirs. The trial and errors of this game and how many times you can get bad end by doing trivial things is ridiculously amazing like reading something you thought is unimportant or just aesthetics to add to the horror that you MUST make multiple saves each chapter. Or be lazy and read a walkthrough.
meatball hair was dead either way i think.Even if she doesn t strangle herself to death she runs from you and falls down the stairs and dies.I don t think you can save her as she is destined to die
The thing is this is based on a game, since it's a horror game with multiple ending, this anime is based on one of the bad endings. In the game if you make all the right choices far more of the characters survive and you get a good ending.
This... not the game. THIS. Was my introduction to horror. Period. I was scared of anything remotely scary and had no stomach for the genre. And yet I sat down in the middle of the night in the dead of winter to watch this with my best friend. REALLY went right in the deep end there.

The only way I could see surviving this is not playing the name game in the first place. I'm not very superstitious, but I'm also not gonna play some ghost game
This short OVA anime is based off the MUCH longer game, which is objectively much better. The sister's name Yuka, Mochida is their last name. *(SPOILERS)* And the only way to even hope to survive is to keep those pieces of paper from the charm, Seiko (meatball hair girl) losing it was a death sentence. That and absolutely no separation from your dimension buddy...and solving the murders...and then to redo the ritual in a certain way....... (SPOILERS) doing the ritual properly.
I still remember that bad ending where (Spoilers below) You let Yuka get caught by the psycho dude. Ayumi wound up being the only person in her group alive/non-Darkened and is doomed to stay in the school forever because she killed the only person left to do the ritual with.

Just a helpful tip to some people that may not be familiar with the games, there’s different endings to the game and the anime chose to go with the bad ending. I guess to show more of the kills, but I wanna root for protagonists to survive not everyone becoming flesh piles (though sometimes that’s fun too). Also, not all of the ghost children lost their tongues. They each lost a different part. One was an eye, the tongue, etc. So all of the children could have an identifying missing part to give in the game should you choose to help them. And the reason it’s so important not to die at Heavenly Host is that if you die there your soul is not only trapped there for eternity to continue the cycle of killing, but you also disappear in the reality you live in. You are completely erased from the world so not even your parents would know they had you and no record of you would exist. Basically a more hardcore version of Hermione erasing her parents’ memories of her. Edit: in the game, the principal was lusting after Sachiko’s (red dress girl) mom who was a teacher that worked at the school and was loved by the students. He tried to come on to her after school one day and she rejected his advances. A struggle between the two at the top of the stairs ensued and she fell down them, breaking her neck. Little Sachiko called out to her mom having seen the principal and her mom. He didn’t want what happened to come out so he abused Sachiko’s trust in him as an adult to get closer and strangles her to death, creating the curse. I don’t remember if Sachiko’s ghost causes the principal to commit suicide or not, but in the game he is essentially cursed to take the suicide jump over and over for eternity, he if seen in the covered bridge area between the two buildings.
Seiko went pretty much the same. Mayu hard to say if she was dragged on the floor like in the anime or not. Morishige, well it's similar if you consider extra chapter 1 in blood drive Yui, hard to say. In game she sacrificed herself and I prefer that way as she was meant to be a character who loves her students and do anything to keep her safe, that was her story, convincing a ghost that she wasn't like the teachers the ghost spoke of, and then she proved that to us later by sacrificing herself by letting Ayumi and Yoshiki use her body as a ladder. In the anime she was just another death and they did her very dirty Yoshiki lives in the game, so does yuka and satori giving us 5 survivors instead of the 2 in the anime. But that's if you get the true ending Now if we consider the bad ends and book of shadows. I can agree some of the deaths are as bad if not worse than the anime. But all of the francises way of killing characters is horrible and discusting. But it's even worse when they're erased from the real world to top it off. No one, not even the worst people on earth deserve to go through that shit
As someone with chronic pain and health issues, it made me wonder if the "you'll feel the agony of how you died forever" means it would be possible for someone to eventually get used to whatever the suffering may be. Obviously you wouldn't be alive for your nerves to eventually die and brain to eventually rebuild a neuropath, but psychologically speaking, would you eventually get at least a little used to your suffering to where it becomes normal to you and isn't as awful anymore?
I think it was more many of them had died and have gone insane from the negative energy the tormented spirits have from dying and being trapped in the school. They all died horrifically one way or another and such a massive amount of despair would create a sort of negative energy bubble around the area.
Nah, I think you wouldn't even be able to think clearly through the pain, your mind snapping quickly under the weight of all that unending sharp, physical pain coupled with the psychological trauma of your death. It's not likely to be some kind of dull pain you can get accustomed to, we're talking body exploding levels of pain. Nihilistic, I know, but this is Corpse Party, after all.
25:25 Another big mistake - The straight-on standoff (In this case, armed against unarmed). What he could have done against the big zombie guy with the scissors would be to STEP TO THE SIDE (In this case, blondie's left side), and get a 2-on-1 grip (One hand in the big guy's wrist or hand [Preferably the hand], and the other locking his elbow, and pressing the adult's arm against his torso). With this, the blonde kid would stop himself from getting stabbed, and can then do some form of trips or sweeps with his legs to get him to ground, and disarm him. Done successfully, the zombie adult will be disarmed, and he will have a pair of scissors to fight back. Don't remember in which video Logan Lo detailed this form, but it's in one of Scenic Fights' videos. (Highly recommend the channel, by the way: th-cam.com/channels/Kq4M7f4vMmJh3tn0lJ_chA.html )
Yeah gigantic mistake. Even if you can't do the form or have no sense of martial skill. He should atleast fall back on the tried and tested strategy our ancestors used. Fling stuff from a distance, a few chair would work wonders, at stunning the big guy

Unless you’re SUPER lucky to learn the lore and get the items needed(somehow) to “break” the curse, you aint surviving corpse party. Also “Mochida” is named Yuka, Mochida is their surname.
Fun fact, Yuka is a middle schooler, making her at least 11 or 12. She just acts like a toddler bc she was coddled at home to the point of never growing out of that mindset.
The corpse party anime showed mostly the dead ends and glossed over a lot of details, although it is understandable its just sad that they could have done so much better
"Any of these kids are about 10 years or younger." Uh no? I haven't seen the anime yet, but I have played the game. It's made very clear that everyone except Yuka is a high-schooler (don't remember if it specified which year).

They're like the Ouija board of Japan *Don't fuck with those things* #4. Don't rebuild a school on the grounds of a VERY gruesome murder event, have you ever seen Poltergeist? #5. DON'T. EVER. DO THIS. EVER!
Fun fact: Corpse party has been around since 1996, having 5 characters in the original, Satoshi, Ayumi, Naomi, Yuka, and Yoshiki, Spoilers for Corpse party blood covered: Those 5 characters actually survive in Blood covered.
I think it's his sister who caused Satoshi to die, because there's a possibility that his sister wasn't serious when she cast the spell. So Satoshi died because he used his sister's charm
It wouldn’t have mattered who had whose charm and how “serious” they were. As long as the charm belongs to a student that goes to the same school, it can be used by anyone of them. Satoshi got them mixed up and ended up with the one Naomi snagged off the corpse, thus his body ended up at that school while his arms went back with the girls because they were holding onto them.
@@dreamiinotdream730 No, Satoshi would have remained at Heavenly Host as he didnt meet the conditions of the charm. Its black magic after all so its kinda evil.

How to beat Corpse Party: Bring a canister of laughing gas and inhale deeply. Death is basically inevitable if you're not committed to finding Sachiko and without a group of plot armored friends, progress ain't happening. Your best bet is to take advantage of the ghost's warnings that you will experience the pain of death perpetually and turn that against the curse by intentionally dying the most pleasurable death possible, so that instead of being in constant torment and agony, you'll be the only ghost that's eternally high.
@@Rom.4001 the original comment said "based off" but there's no ending in the games like this so it could not be based off anything, that's what I was trying to say
I would beat this game by simply not playing. Anyone dumb enough to play a cursed game off the internet gets what happens when you fuck around with things you don’t understand.
Having played all the games expect corpse party 2 episode 1 I can say this how to beat is largely terrible (not necessarily your fault as the anime is really bad), so I'm pretty sure all of them are like 17 give or take except yuka who is in middle school (no is like 6 years old), additionally if you look at the games (mainly past the first game aka 2001 remake) there is stuff like razor sharp piano wire, other traps while it is very dark in the school, on top of that the darkening seems to set on very quickly causing people to act differently (also seems to be caused by emotional trauma/stress), so in short naomi separating from Seiko (meatball hair girl) was pretty much impossible to avoid since her emotions where being manipulated (in fact in the 2nd game that is based on a bad ending of the first game the school/nirvana prevents her from trying to apologize even knowing something bad was about to happen I think or she might just had sinking feeling) also I believe dead ghosts in the game mention you feel the pain of how you died basically for eternity, and it eventually causes you to also become a malevolent spirit, the games seem a bit in consistent at items but if you lose paper scrap you are pretty much screwed, and even if time was rewound you can't change the fates of people who died in the past (book of shadows is based on the bad ending where satoshi is the only one who remembers what is about to happen but can't stop them from doing the ritual) for those curious the new game set is corpse party (2001 psp, 2020 version also know as blood covered), corpse party book of shadows, then you have sachiko's hysterical birthday bash (has a lot of fan service, is largely a joke but is canon), then corpse party blood drive feel free to correct me if I got anything wrong I have yet to 100% the first game but have rest but not 100% on some lore stuff
So, Sachiko actually witnessed her mother rejecting the advances of the principle, in his rage at being rejected (plus it's heavily implied after the rejection he tries to SA her) he killed her mom. Because Sachiko witnessed the murder, he choked and killed her too, framing the mom's murder as an accident and burying Sachiko's body, who he revisited and desecrated. He son is who Sachiko uses to kidnap the students at the school. In some adaptation's, a teacher approached her after school with the intent to SA her and Sachiko threatened to jump off the ledge if he didn't leave her alone. She loses her footing and falls to her death. The teacher gets caught burying her body by the principle, but he doesn't want to ruin his school's reputation, so he keeps it a secret. Pretty f*cked up.
The best solution is to not do any supernatural rituals or just be a loner in normal life. If someone isn't well read in the occult they're going to have a very bad day when doing stuff like this.

I doubt you can get that in a normal school, much less a ghost school where everything actively wants you to die the worst death possible.

The thing about blond haired guy is.. he was in love with Ayumi. He didn't come back to save everyone, he came back for her. That is why he would have wanted to keep Ayumi from going back, he cared about her the most. You can tell because of his behaviour, but also because right as he gets stabbed through the door, he started saying I love you
Update - I think the part of the 4 parter when he dies is called Unconfessed love-
That's why i will forever hate Ayumi.

If naomi told him that she lost her chram ,so how Satoshi wouldn't die?

I would recommend people play the game over watching the anime. It’s far more fleshed out and developed than the short anime. It’s a long game, but if you like the story and don’t mind the length, it’s far better. However, the endings are different.
But in both game and anime, Yoshiki (blonde boy) is my best boy.
It's honestly astounding how much better the game is, like it's a solid 9/10 in my book whereas the anime is just really... bad
A shame that the franchise as a whole is kind of a mess after such a good first installment
Yeah, I prefer the game's plot over the anime. And, not JUST because more people survive in the games. The game's story is dark and a little confusing, but pretty entertaining! \
I do too prefer the game over the anime but can't say is that bad

Blonde guy got the worst for being the best character.
Sadly ironic.
I always tell myself courage is one of the worst things to have in a survival situation like this
@@lephinor2458 Courage and stupidity are two things that are easily confused and applicable to each other.

21:23 Actually the kids are 16-17 years old, with Yuka being 14 (despite acting like she’s 6. Man, I hate that “oni-chaaaaan~” crap)
I think he's poking fun at their collective level of maturity
Shut up
YUKAS 14??? Bro I thought she was 9
It's been a while since I watched anything Corpse Party related until recently but I did see in a Rebuilt playthrough mention that Yuka is in middle school. Must've glossed over that in a PSP playthrough and throughout the 10 hour video, I was constantly annoyed by that shit. I wish she would just say Satoshi's name.
In Asian culture, if you call your elder siblings by name instead of "brother" you gonna get an ass whooping from him lol😂
Source: I'm Asian
So I'm sure that Yuka calling her brother Onii-chan isn't about acting cute, it's a way to address a family member you are close to.
READER BEWARE!*
What's more, canonically, the good ending never actually happened, and the neutral ending of Satoshi (and maybe the two girls that survived with him.

How to beat corpse party
Short answer: no
Long answer: Try to find the least painful way to die here cause you're almost certainly not getting out of this one unless you're blessed with the luck of the Gods.
Possible answer: to never play the game from that start
Frick meatball hair
The thing is this is based on a game, since it's a horror game with multiple ending, this anime is based on one of the bad endings. In the game if you make all the right choices far more of the characters survive and you get a good ending.
This... not the game. THIS. Was my introduction to horror. Period. I was scared of anything remotely scary and had no stomach for the genre. And yet I sat down in the middle of the night in the dead of winter to watch this with my best friend. REALLY went right in the deep end there.
Didn't help that, if you knew nothing of the game, it lured you in with the cutesy characters like any other school-anime.

They did my boy Kishinuma dirty in the anime. When I first saw the anime (having played the games) I was furious.
Best character by far.
Small Correction: Sachiko's Mom was a nurse not a teacher. Great explanation btw.
Guys, believe when I say this:
The students and teacher had it easy on the anime. They go through way more effed up and unfair things In the game.
Seiko went pretty much the same. Mayu hard to say if she was dragged on the floor like in the anime or not. Morishige, well it's similar if you consider extra chapter 1 in blood drive
Yui, hard to say. In the anime she was just another death and they did her very dirty
Yoshiki lives in the game, so does yuka and satori giving us 5 survivors instead of the 2 in the anime. But that's if you get the true ending
Now if we consider the bad ends and book of shadows.

Considering that you forever feel the pain that you did when you die,i feel bad for Mayu and Seiko :(
Lil Sis: I need the bathroom
Me: You can piss in a bucket or a corner. I don't care which but we are going to keep moving!
wow this takes me back. literally 10 years back to when i was 12 and played this lmaooo
Cover yourself in gore and pretend to be dead? Ah, the Bill Murray method!
All the main students ages are 16-17 and Yuka is 14
Just letting you know the official age of the kids are sixteen and up the youngest is Yuka who is in middle school.
30:16 - 30:17
Ah ahh
He said it, he said the words, he said it👏👏👏
Makes me want to replay them.
Also... I remember That animation, it was Brutal.
This was my first anime EVER, and I was around 10 years old. This sly little classmate that sat beside me recommended me some anime and this was her TOP suggestion. I am still traumatized by this anime.
How to beat Corpse Party:
Bring a canister of laughing gas and inhale deeply.
29:08 Oi, I appreciate you for letting me seeing it.
The anime is based off of the worst possible ending actually.
Would have been better if the anime was based off the time loop bad end so they could do a Book of Shadows anime.
This ending doesn't exist in the game
@@shuichisaihope398 yes, but this is the worst possible ending 💁♀️
@@Rom.4001 the original comment said "based off" but there's no ending in the games like this so it could not be based off anything, that's what I was trying to say
Just be Sherlock Holmes and you're safe
I would beat this game by simply not playing. Anyone dumb enough to play a cursed game off the internet gets what happens when you fuck around with things you don’t understand.
Press F to pay Respect
well it was a friends forever charm so...techinically...it worked! forever in the afterlife
love how he gives name of the character based on anything
my favorite was meatball girl
Having played all the games expect corpse party 2 episode 1 I can say this how to beat is largely terrible (not necessarily your fault as the anime is really bad), so I'm pretty sure all of them are like 17 give or take except yuka who is in middle school (no is like 6 years old), additionally if you look at the games (mainly past the first game aka 2001 remake) there is stuff like razor sharp piano wire, other traps while it is very dark in the school, on top of that the darkening seems to set on very quickly causing people to act differently (also seems to be caused by emotional trauma/stress), so in short naomi separating from Seiko (meatball hair girl) was pretty much impossible to avoid since her emotions where being manipulated (in fact in the 2nd game that is based on a bad ending of the first game the school/nirvana prevents her from trying to apologize even knowing something bad was about to happen I think or she might just had sinking feeling)
also I believe dead ghosts in the game mention you feel the pain of how you died basically for eternity, and it eventually causes you to also become a malevolent spirit, the games seem a bit in consistent at items but if you lose paper scrap you are pretty much screwed, and even if time was rewound you can't change the fates of people who died in the past (book of shadows is based on the bad ending where satoshi is the only one who remembers what is about to happen but can't stop them from doing the ritual)
for those curious the new game set is corpse party (2001 psp, 2020 version also know as blood covered), corpse party book of shadows, then you have sachiko's hysterical birthday bash (has a lot of fan service, is largely a joke but is canon), then corpse party blood drive
feel free to correct me if I got anything wrong I have yet to 100% the first game but have rest but not 100% on some lore stuff
Yeah Yuka is like 14 or so but they had a creepy little sister thing going from the creator.
Saeko - ❌
Meatball hair girl - ✅
I was waiting for this one and it's finally here!
I got a simple 2 step rule to survive this
1. Pick a God
2. Start praying
Or if you don’t like that
1. Find something sharp
2. End it all quickly
The best solution is to not do any supernatural rituals or just be a loner in normal life. If someone isn't well read in the occult they're going to have a very bad day when doing stuff like this.
It always bugged me they didn’t take the paper pieces from their dead friends. Then all three would have lived.
Enjoyed this video so much! Haven't seen this anime (and can't at the moment), I so want to watch this! If we ever get something for Higurashi, or Happy Sugar Life, or Madoka Magica, I'll be there! I know those so well.
“The walls begin to bleed blood” Hmmm yes this floor here is made of floor. No insult tho, good video you got here.
