    When you co-work with a friend, are you working on different things. I love the idea of having company whilst you work. I own my own business and it can get lonely working alone sometimes! 😊

    Note to self:
    Oat milk matcha
    Cottage cheese wrap + pesto, chicken slices, egg
    Toast + cottage cheese scrambled egg + pesto
    Sandwich thin, 10g tomato puree, cottage cheese, tomato, basil, cheese, pickle, egg, sandwich thin (microwave)
    9:30 Quinoa mince meat scramble (peas, broccoli, tomato puree)
    Chicken salad bowl
