Probably a butter cream frosting. Google it and you will find many recipes on the internet. Butter cream is easy to make and you end up with a good firm consistency that holds its shape well. Good luck!

Whatever weight of butter you use you will then use double the weight of icing sugar. eg. 250g butter (room temp) 500g icing sugar (sifted) 15ml vanilla extract 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk beat butter and sugar together slowly until fully combined and smooth, add vanilla extract the a little whole milk or cream to give a nice piping consistency.
