easier method go to Halted Stream Camp near whiterun pick up the transmutation book that lets you turn iron to silver, and silver to gold. Then make gold necklaces or rings gets you way more xp, you can then enchant all the rings increasing your enchanting level and then sell it all to make a whole butt load of money.
Gold necklace crafted with a flawles 2:16 2:16 s diamond is one of the most expensive pieces jewelry you can craft. Only problem is flawless diamonds are so hard and random to find. If you have no scruples, use console commands to obtain them.
I normally get me a gold ingot and flawless diamond to dupe. Gold ore from Bloated Man's Grotto and the diamond from the wrecked canoe east of Markarth. Dupe those, smith to 100 in no time at all, dupe some grand soul gems and enchant to get that to 100 too, sell off the jewels for 100 speech and enough gold to Scrooge McDuck dive into
Took me an hour and a half in total. But I have the ruined lexicon that gives me a 15% speed boost to my smithing skill. Plus I had already gained a few lvls before doing it.
If you grab an iron ore, you can then duplicate the ore which you can then smelt into iron bars which you can then sell for infinite money which you can then use to buy your smithing levels over time. It’s pretty quick. By quick, I mean slow, but it’s still pretty quick!
I just did this on the switch Anniversary Edition 11/3/22 with gold bars and still works. Still tedius but a million times faster than other methods. Thanks!!

If you want this to go even faster just get the carriage to markarth then head over to the silver mine near the shrine of peryite the one with Kesh the Khajiit, and deal with the mercenaries blocking the mine it isn't to difficult after which you can go in mine a couple silver ingots then duplicate those in the same manner this will let you craft silver rings which are quite a bit more expensive allowing you to cut the time down significantly. Alternatively, if you feel like fighting some foresworn you can go to Kolstegger mine also in the area right by the lover stone, and dig up some gold ingots which shortens the process even more.
There's also Silver Ingots in Jorrvaskr, bedroom on the left as you enter into the big dining hall. Those and the Dragonsreach ones should be enough for you to not run around too much.
Icl this is the best method I’ve found and I’ve been playing the game for over a decade - can use bumpers to get it down to one item drop in seconds - actually unreal - do it with GOLD INGOTS and make rings
I just did it and it works still. If its not working for you then heres some tips: 1.) Make sure you tell your companion to "wait here". This was the mistake I made and the step I missed. 2.) Once you start successfully duplicating, dont drop your Iron bars, Gold bars, as one big stack. youll come back to find your stack is just one bar now. 3.) Make sure youre in the small nook that Gaming Exploits says here. itll make it so that your companion doesnt have to walk over to the bars on the floor, wasting more time. Hope this helps!

Don't forget to get the Warrior Stone plus Well Rested perks.. You can get a free bed in Whiterun by cutting wood and selling it to the innkeeper. What I do each game play is try and go for the Aetherium Crown. I get a whole bunch of Dwarven Ingots out of it which helps with getting up to smith 100. I mod and use the Unoffical Patch. So this trick may or may not exist for me.

Quick tip: while dropping the items one at a time. Instead of scrolling down all the way to one press LB on the controller 4 times it skips the stack a quarter at a time.
as someone who started a mage 2 minutes ago and already at 100 destruction using the fast travel glitch, I was looking for ways to level up them crafting skills. This is gonna be handy I didnt know how to dupe.
@@kevinbrendonn1977 Just hold a spell, open the map, fast travel across the map. Once the loading screen is over, the spell is gonna go off giving you TONS of XP. I guess the game counts it like you casted it multiple times. Its real quick to level mage schools in general (destruction, illusion whatever)
@@kevinbrendonn1977 hi, the glitch is not fixed they just didnt explain it very well.. you need to get the unbound storms magic from hob nob cave. you then equip it and hold down lt and rt and while still holding it you fast travel as far as you can accross the map and this will get you 100 in no time. one thing to note isd dissmiss your companion when you do it or you might hurt them and go away from any people you dont want to kill or anger. im not the best at explaining it but if you search in youtube "destrucion level 100 fast skyrim" you should be able to find it there. -sorry for the bad spelling-

Need to draw the line between an exploit and a glitch somewhere Here is another smithing related exploit I personally like (might require smithing mods) which is even simpler than getting iron ingots: 1. Get the staff of worms 2. After killing an NPC with good gear (bandit chiefs wear carved nordic at lvl 28 for sure) strip - thrall - enter city 3. De-thrall, strip the newly spawned gear and repeat. Each time crossing the gate gets you a new suit 4. Disassemble some of the gear for ingots and use them to upgrade the rest

Follow the same rules, but if possible, get a flawless diamond and a gold ingot, make gold diamond necklaces. From what I have found, smiting experience is based on the price of the item made
Not sure if people know but, while you try and drop 1 iron ingot with the slider, while holding the left arrow key yo do so,you can also press the down arrow key at the same time and it speeds up the slider So while holding left arrow key keep pressing the down arrow key to speed it up

@@Cab242 you need to have a follower with you to execute the duplication glitch. Then you have to drop the desired objects one by one. It might be a bit crazy if you have over 100 things, but it will be worth it
I appreciate duplication glitch, especially that you are using exploits in the games. But I did it without using glitches - just with mod playing chopping animation in the loop. It was enough to chop about 900 firewood (it took a few dozens of minutes of me drinking coffee and watching the screen). Warrior stone chosen (+20% boost to training smithing) and after reaching level 14 doing Unfathomable Depths quest in Dwemer ruins boosting training smithing by another 15%. Iron ingots and ore bought in traditional way (by selling iron arrows which brought the plenty of money) and of course before each crafting session free sleep in Inn in Whiterun for selling firewood to Hulda (10% boost to training). As for selling iron arrows for 1 gold per piece - it was enough to boost speech in Riften first (with a Thief Stone active) to 30, take 2 perks (Haggling, Allure) (not forgetting about Amulet of Zenithar outside of Riften) then after reaching level 10 doing quest with Mask of Clavicus Vile. All those boosts allowed to sell crafted thousands of Iron arrows for 1 gold per piece to merchants of opposite sex. At the end gathering 5 smithing books with help of the follower, travel to Solstheim, doing Final Descent quest, choosing 'Scholar's Insight' power adding one skill point to each read skill book. Then reading all books after sleeping in Inn. So at the end Smithing leveled to 100 and plenty of gold for arrows. I know that it is not that simple as your exploit but I promise - it was a lot of fun to experiment and discover how to minimize amount of wood chopped and maximize amount of money. PS. At the end of reading smithing books we can change 'Scholar's Insight' power in black book to 'Lover's Insight' and get 10% better prices from merchant of opposite sex.

I wanted level my smithing but this guide felt too long. However, after i did the restoration loop for alchemy, i managed to create a potion to enchant one necklace with the effect to improve weapons and armor by a ludricous amount. I did not intend to level up my smithing, just increase stats on weapons and armor, but as soon as i upgraded a single iron armor to legendary i immediately hit lvl 100 on smithing. Suffice to say, that was a way easier unintentional method.
I usually craft bows of the type I've unlocked as this greatly enhances smithing experience. So Dwarven first, until reaching level 50 or so when a new smithing type can be unlocked.

By the way. Just tried this. 6/20/2022 and it took every bit of iron ore away from me. Not only that I tried to load back to when I did have the ore and it was all still gone.
I use the Restoration loop and make a single ring with + hundreds of thousands% Smithing then upgrade 1 dagger. Sell 4 or so so that speech is boosted to 100.
My version: do resto glitch. Then refine 1 weapon with smithing increase potion. Congrats ur smithing 100 from lvl 15. Time it takes: 20 min. but ur also lvl 100 in alchemy. And if u make a enchantment for alchemy don't even have to make more resto potions for the glitch. U also get to buy anything from stores and can make an enchantment that increases smithing. So u could legendary ur smithing and refine iron daggers.
you can drop one by one, and let your follow pick then up, take follows item, and drop one by one again, and go out at the door and ind againg, and there will be twice as many on the ground + you follow will have the hall of them.
Now that you’ve smithed to 100 Use the duping technique and make just one diamond necklace. It’s worth the most Then dupe that necklace. Each time I do it it doubles so it’s one Then it’s two Then it’s four Then it’s eight Then sixteen. $8,000 - $16,000 in only 4 dupes. The more u do it the more I get cuz it doubles everytime (16 now is 32) Ya it takes a second to drop them one by one but once u get the flow of it it really does only take 10 minutes. I made 132 diamond necklaces in 10 minutes last night. Each necklace is Turns out you can use this for other stuff too like the thieves guild armor
Better way to do it. 1.Go to halted stream camp 2.clear it out 3.pick up the transmute spell 4.mine all the iron and transmute it to gold 5. Dupe gold using the same glitch except you don’t have to do it in the enclosed space you can do it in front of the gate for faster results 6. Spam level gold rings this will get you more smithing levels than arrows do and you can sell them for a profit ( you only need like 600-800 gold depending on starting smithing level
Easier way is when your follower has already collected the stuff and you have exited and come back, don’t pick up the stuff. Get your items from your follower and tell your follower to pick it up, then exit again and you’ll have it duplicated without having to go to the 4 star thingie when you press circle and have to drop items one by one. Or you could make iron arrows until smithing 30 then get the dwarven perk then get the scrap, and craft dwarven arrows, then something higher if you have the materials
I'm stuck on step 4 and 5. I'm dropping them one by one and there's a huge stack by the time I'm done. I have her pick them up, leave out the door come back and there's only 1 or 2 of each on the floor leaving me with what I started. Idk what I'm doing wrong.

@Joshua yes I had to get her to pick it up 1 by 1 ngl duping to boost certain stats took some time but not near as long as it would be but worth it once your preped
If you're on PC, the dupe glitch is even easier: - Get a follower - Go to a safe place with flat ground so the items don't just go flying around - Drop the items But instead of exiting, going back in, telling your follower to pick up and then leaving then coming back in to get the duped items, - Make a quicksave, then quickload twice immediately - as soon as you see the loading screen end and a black screen show up, that's a good place to quickload

I looked up to see if there was a faster way to legendary smithing, without spending a bunch of time duping stuff over and over. I will just use potion and increase item rating instead, that's a good idea. What I did before was just craft a full set of all the armors as I unlocked them and then refine them. Some sets I had to craft 2 of. That was pretty quick.
I like using the merchant reset glitch with the glitch that allows me to sell them their own items. I get an always refreshing inventory of good materials and never run out of cash. Running back and forth is just too annoying for me.
Do this with gold ingots and grand soul gems and you can make rings to enchant and sell You've now levelled your smithing, enchanting and barter in one foul swoop Takes a little over an hour to level all 3 to 100 with the appropriate standing stones
I usually get my smithing level to a point where 5 training gets me a full level, then get training at skyforge and pickpocket the money using patalysid glitch ( pro tip : ice breath shout acts as paralisys poison)
My method is to go to the skyforge chest and taking all the crafting things wait for it to restock take the stuff 4 or 6 times or quick save use flames on the forger from under the forge and the reload the save you just made then just up under the grindstone wait for him to come to the grindstone jump up and click on his foot to talk the chest won't update unless you ask what he has for sell then keep looting ingots and leather then go up to the forge and craft anything alot I use chest pieces and helms because the get me the most gold when going to sell the armor any extra ingots that you can't craft things with either sell, keep, or use them to up grade gear which will also bring up smiting xp
the duplication part isn't working on xbox 360 i don't know if i did something wrong but the follower picks up the items i go out and go back in and there's nothing on the floor just what's in her inventory
No I still do daggers because u can increase it further by sharpening the daggers, I did the math it gets done faster but everybody has their own way of doing things as long as the end result is the same 😉👍
This is a great exploit, but do you really have to do one items at a time as you drop them? It takes forever scrolling from right to left waiting for it to get to 1 lol
I use gold ingots instead. Multiplicate it until you get 693 ingots. Then make gold rings. Less than 10 minutes you are 100 in Smithing. Use these same rings and enchant them to raise your Enchanting to 100 as well.
I didn’t know how to dupe items and have been getting all of the stuff I need from the invisible chest in dawnstar. It takes hours. With it though I get my enchanting up faster
this is so good i found another vid where i had to farm iron and transmute it into gold then make gold rings over n over but this showed me how to duplicate and get 100 smithing
I usually go mine a bunch of iron transmute it all to gold to increase those stats while doing that hunt deer with a soul stealing bow to fill the soul gems I stole from the college also grab any possible ingredient along the way for alchemy then smith jewelry to increase that then enchant all jewelry then bam I’m rich and probably like level 50 or more then prestige and start it all over again

That combined with the merchant reset glitch would make a shit ton of money and speech if it increases it more. Found a faster way. Craft the Gold Diamond Necklace. You just need 1 gold and 1 Flawless Diamond to create the necklace. So use the duplication glitch on the Gold Ingot and Flawless Diamond and it takes about 250 to 300 each to fully level smithing
works quite well (1/7/2023 I'm playing SE on ps4) but when you drop the items YOU must pick them up individually, as well as dropping it one by one. It will probably take awhile to get the smithing and enchanting up, but gold and a flawless diamond will speed up the process. You can get a flawless diamond at a canoe on the stream between Reachwater rock and the Kolskeggr Mine (East Of Markarth) speaking of Kolskeggr, you can also find 17 gold veins there. I think you can duplicate almost anything so you can also get enchanting up too via grand soul gems etc. Overall it's much quicker then spending god knows how many hours and invest so much unnecessary time in one thing (albeit an important one)
I use this until I get to Dwarven Smithing. Well, actually I batch craft Jewelry until I get to Dwarven. After I get the Dwarven Smithing Perk I join the Dawnguard, complete A New Order, have Sorine teach me how to smith crossbows and bolts, go to Myrwatch and Batch Craft Dwarven Bolts for the Crossbow. Same XP yield as Dwarven Arrows but Crossbows are stronger than Bows, so If I'm doing archery I'm using a Crossbow... Especially since Anniversary Edition finally came to Switch and I have access to the Enhanced Daedric Crossbow.
This is just a quantity glitch. Really good if you want multiple of any armour, weapons jewellery. Just get gold ingot and diamond. Make gold diamond necklace over and over.

Recommend going to mehrune dagons shrine for gold and ebony ingots and daedra hearts

i think all of the crafting skills are the best skills especially alchemy you can make so much money just by grabbing all the ingredients on the road

as someone who started a mage 2 minutes ago and already at 100 destruction using the fast travel glitch, I was looking for ways to level up them crafting skills. This is gonna be handy I didnt know how to dupe.

@@kevinbrendonn1977 Just hold a spell, open the map, fast travel across the map. Once the loading screen is over, the spell is gonna go off giving you TONS of XP. I guess the game counts it like you casted it multiple times. Its real quick to level mage schools in general (destruction, illusion whatever)

@@kevinbrendonn1977 hi, the glitch is not fixed they just didnt explain it very well.. you need to get the unbound storms magic from hob nob cave. you then equip it and hold down lt and rt and while still holding it you fast travel as far as you can accross the map and this will get you 100 in no time. one thing to note isd dissmiss your companion when you do it or you might hurt them and go away from any people you dont want to kill or anger. im not the best at explaining it but if you search in youtube "destrucion level 100 fast skyrim" you should be able to find it there. -sorry for the bad spelling-

Here is another smithing related exploit I personally like (might require smithing mods) which is even simpler than getting iron ingots:
1. Get the staff of worms
2. After killing an NPC with good gear (bandit chiefs wear carved nordic at lvl 28 for sure) strip - thrall - enter city
3. De-thrall, strip the newly spawned gear and repeat. Each time crossing the gate gets you a new suit
4. Disassemble some of the gear for ingots and use them to upgrade the rest
@@leonidmolochnikov4147 I think your playing with some mods there bud last I checked skyrim doesn't allow for deconstruction of armor or weapons unless that got added in the anniversary edition without me knowing.
I honestly just use the restoration potion glitch to level them to max in under 30 minutes.

Follow the same rules, but if possible, get a flawless diamond and a gold ingot, make gold diamond necklaces. From what I have found, smiting experience is based on the price of the item made

Not sure if people know but, while you try and drop 1 iron ingot with the slider, while holding the left arrow key yo do so,you can also press the down arrow key at the same time and it speeds up the slider
So while holding left arrow key keep pressing the down arrow key to speed it up
I was making Diamond necklaces like crazy, which leveled up the smithy skill in blazing speed

@@Cab242 you need to have a follower with you to execute the duplication glitch. Then you have to drop the desired objects one by one. It might be a bit crazy if you have over 100 things, but it will be worth it
I appreciate duplication glitch, especially that you are using exploits in the games. But I did it without using glitches - just with mod playing chopping animation in the loop. It was enough to chop about 900 firewood (it took a few dozens of minutes of me drinking coffee and watching the screen). Warrior stone chosen (+20% boost to training smithing) and after reaching level 14 doing Unfathomable Depths quest in Dwemer ruins boosting training smithing by another 15%. Iron ingots and ore bought in traditional way (by selling iron arrows which brought the plenty of money) and of course before each crafting session free sleep in Inn in Whiterun for selling firewood to Hulda (10% boost to training). As for selling iron arrows for 1 gold per piece - it was enough to boost speech in Riften first (with a Thief Stone active) to 30, take 2 perks (Haggling, Allure) (not forgetting about Amulet of Zenithar outside of Riften) then after reaching level 10 doing quest with Mask of Clavicus Vile. All those boosts allowed to sell crafted thousands of Iron arrows for 1 gold per piece to merchants of opposite sex. At the end gathering 5 smithing books with help of the follower, travel to Solstheim, doing Final Descent quest, choosing 'Scholar's Insight' power adding one skill point to each read skill book. Then reading all books after sleeping in Inn. So at the end Smithing leveled to 100 and plenty of gold for arrows. I know that it is not that simple as your exploit but I promise - it was a lot of fun to experiment and discover how to minimize amount of wood chopped and maximize amount of money. PS. At the end of reading smithing books we can change 'Scholar's Insight' power in black book to 'Lover's Insight' and get 10% better prices from merchant of opposite sex.

Find Transmute Ore spell. Buy iron ore from every blacksmith. Transmute into gold ore. Smelt into gold ingots. Make an assload of gold rings.

I wanted level my smithing but this guide felt too long. However, after i did the restoration loop for alchemy, i managed to create a potion to enchant one necklace with the effect to improve weapons and armor by a ludricous amount. I did not intend to level up my smithing, just increase stats on weapons and armor, but as soon as i upgraded a single iron armor to legendary i immediately hit lvl 100 on smithing. Suffice to say, that was a way easier unintentional method.

I usually craft bows of the type I've unlocked as this greatly enhances smithing experience. So Dwarven first, until reaching level 50 or so when a new smithing type can be unlocked.

Had the same issue. It happens because u dropped the whole stack of iron. U have to drop every iron bar one by one and let him pick it up.
I've been duping for years, how did I not think of this for my new playthroughs....
I use the Restoration loop and make a single ring with + hundreds of thousands% Smithing then upgrade 1 dagger. Sell 4 or so so that speech is boosted to 100.
My version: do resto glitch. Then refine 1 weapon with smithing increase potion. Congrats ur smithing 100 from lvl 15. Time it takes: 20 min. but ur also lvl 100 in alchemy. And if u make a enchantment for alchemy don't even have to make more resto potions for the glitch. U also get to buy anything from stores and can make an enchantment that increases smithing. So u could legendary ur smithing and refine iron daggers.
I told Lydia to use the wood chopping block. She now has wood in her inventory. She is my mule now.

When I duplicate it they just disappear I now have 2 firewood and 1 iron ingot and my follower has none
pro tip:
do this but make gold bars and make gold rings
like 5x faster
you can drop one by one, and let your follow pick then up, take follows item, and drop one by one again, and go out at the door and ind againg, and there will be twice as many on the ground + you follow will have the hall of them.
I did that for Black Soul Gems (Grand) just now, Daium, sounds like it works for all items

Then dupe that necklace. Each time I do it it doubles so it’s one
Then it’s two
Then it’s four
Then it’s eight
Then sixteen.

The more u do it the more I get cuz it doubles everytime (16 now is 32)
Ya it takes a second to drop them one by one but once u get the flow of it it really does only take 10 minutes.

Turns out you can use this for other stuff too like the thieves guild armor
Better way to do it. 1.Go to halted stream camp 2.clear it out 3.pick up the transmute spell 4.mine all the iron and transmute it to gold 5. Dupe gold using the same glitch except you don’t have to do it in the enclosed space you can do it in front of the gate for faster results 6. Spam level gold rings this will get you more smithing levels than arrows do and you can sell them for a profit ( you only need like 600-800 gold depending on starting smithing level
Easier way is when your follower has already collected the stuff and you have exited and come back, don’t pick up the stuff. Get your items from your follower and tell your follower to pick it up, then exit again and you’ll have it duplicated without having to go to the 4 star thingie when you press circle and have to drop items one by one. Or you could make iron arrows until smithing 30 then get the dwarven perk then get the scrap, and craft dwarven arrows, then something higher if you have the materials

@Joshua yes I had to get her to pick it up 1 by 1 ngl duping to boost certain stats took some time but not near as long as it would be but worth it once your preped

If you're on PC, the dupe glitch is even easier:
- Get a follower
- Go to a safe place with flat ground so the items don't just go flying around
- Drop the items
But instead of exiting, going back in, telling your follower to pick up and then leaving then coming back in to get the duped items,
- Make a quicksave, then quickload twice immediately - as soon as you see the loading screen end and a black screen show up, that's a good place to quickload

I needed a lot more than 1300 each. 1600 got me close to lvl 90, but now it takes so much just to level one time so I had to take a sanity break 😂

I looked up to see if there was a faster way to legendary smithing, without spending a bunch of time duping stuff over and over. I will just use potion and increase item rating instead, that's a good idea.
What I did before was just craft a full set of all the armors as I unlocked them and then refine them. Some sets I had to craft 2 of. That was pretty quick.

I like using the merchant reset glitch with the glitch that allows me to sell them their own items. I get an always refreshing inventory of good materials and never run out of cash. Running back and forth is just too annoying for me.
Do this with gold ingots and grand soul gems and you can make rings to enchant and sell
You've now levelled your smithing, enchanting and barter in one foul swoop
Takes a little over an hour to level all 3 to 100 with the appropriate standing stones
I was like "gosh can't a youtuber just explain a legit way to do things, then I saw the name of the channel.
To do it faster (Disclaimer only works with dawngaurd) instead dupe steel ingots and frost or fire salts, then craft exploding crossbow bolts
The fastest way is duplicate the gold and flawless diamond ( near Markarth) then make diamond necklace, around 300 times is enough to reach 100
I usually get my smithing level to a point where 5 training gets me a full level, then get training at skyforge and pickpocket the money using patalysid glitch ( pro tip : ice breath shout acts as paralisys poison)

My method is to go to the skyforge chest and taking all the crafting things wait for it to restock take the stuff 4 or 6 times or quick save use flames on the forger from under the forge and the reload the save you just made then just up under the grindstone wait for him to come to the grindstone jump up and click on his foot to talk the chest won't update unless you ask what he has for sell then keep looting ingots and leather then go up to the forge and craft anything alot I use chest pieces and helms because the get me the most gold when going to sell the armor any extra ingots that you can't craft things with either sell, keep, or use them to up grade gear which will also bring up smiting xp
i do the exact same i use the barrel on the left of the entrance to jump over the wall
@Cab242 the barrel I still use the old method go on the roof jump to the invisible wall become ethereal fall and run around
If you got the modded house river view, you got a shit ton of smithing supplies in a barrell by the amithing station outside.
the duplication part isn't working on xbox 360 i don't know if i did something wrong but the follower picks up the items i go out and go back in and there's nothing on the floor just what's in her inventory
No I still do daggers because u can increase it further by sharpening the daggers, I did the math it gets done faster but everybody has their own way of doing things as long as the end result is the same 😉👍
This is a great exploit, but do you really have to do one items at a time as you drop them? It takes forever scrolling from right to left waiting for it to get to 1 lol

I use gold ingots instead. Multiplicate it until you get 693 ingots. Then make gold rings. Less than 10 minutes you are 100 in Smithing.
Use these same rings and enchant them to raise your Enchanting to 100 as well.
I didn’t know how to dupe items and have been getting all of the stuff I need from the invisible chest in dawnstar. It takes hours. With it though I get my enchanting up faster
this is so good i found another vid where i had to farm iron and transmute it into gold then make gold rings over n over but this showed me how to duplicate and get 100 smithing

I usually go mine a bunch of iron transmute it all to gold to increase those stats while doing that hunt deer with a soul stealing bow to fill the soul gems I stole from the college also grab any possible ingredient along the way for alchemy then smith jewelry to increase that then enchant all jewelry then bam I’m rich and probably like level 50 or more then prestige and start it all over again
im suprised this dupe still works even a year later, ill be using this to level up my smithing

That combined with the merchant reset glitch would make a shit ton of money and speech if it increases it more. Found a faster way. Craft the Gold Diamond Necklace. You just need 1 gold and 1 Flawless Diamond to create the necklace. So use the duplication glitch on the Gold Ingot and Flawless Diamond and it takes about 250 to 300 each to fully level smithing

works quite well (1/7/2023 I'm playing SE on ps4) but when you drop the items YOU must pick them up individually, as well as dropping it one by one. It will probably take awhile to get the smithing and enchanting up, but gold and a flawless diamond will speed up the process. You can get a flawless diamond at a canoe on the stream between Reachwater rock and the Kolskeggr Mine (East Of Markarth)
speaking of Kolskeggr, you can also find 17 gold veins there.
I think you can duplicate almost anything so you can also get enchanting up too via grand soul gems etc.
Overall it's much quicker then spending god knows how many hours and invest so much unnecessary time in one thing (albeit an important one)

I use this until I get to Dwarven Smithing. Well, actually I batch craft Jewelry until I get to Dwarven. After I get the Dwarven Smithing Perk I join the Dawnguard, complete A New Order, have Sorine teach me how to smith crossbows and bolts, go to Myrwatch and Batch Craft Dwarven Bolts for the Crossbow. Same XP yield as Dwarven Arrows but Crossbows are stronger than Bows, so If I'm doing archery I'm using a Crossbow... Especially since Anniversary Edition finally came to Switch and I have access to the Enhanced Daedric Crossbow.
10 minutes, this shit took me nearly 2 days. The amount of time it took to drop shit was crazy
