@@K̰ḭr̰ḭn̰5731 movie doesn't really have to with anything. Right now, there are alot of professional animators of Minecraft who does way better than the old animations in every aspect. Graphics, story details, character writting too.
Btw idk how you find this impressive when this is one of the decent animations of any video game. If yoy you know the basic, then it's easy. But the thing is that these old animations still looks really fresh to this day. The background environment, auto-comedy, Action etc. One more thing is that these animations are over 1 hours

Only after 6 years did I realize the extent of sociopathy protagonist has:
- Slacks on the couch (even worse if his green robe being taken into consideration), house in complete mess
- Out of laziness, decided to feed his brother meal that fatally poisoned a skeleton. Undead creature!
- Barges into other's people houses with little excuse
- Single-handedly causes extinction of his entire village, including children
- Leaves the door open to the church, leading to massacre
- Unfathomably greedy. Makes a deal, steals from the other party, and at the first chance of consequences, kills the witch that did nothing besides demanding her payment (by whacking her head against iron block nonetheless)
This man is straight out of Grand Theft Auto.
Huh, nice to know others see it too. Cause, in all honesty, the younger brother and the golems are the only heroes in this story.

The reason why this animaton is better than *alien being* is because
1. The character interaction is so good, they don't make noise when speaking, extend they use sign language witch is actually smart and perfectly fit for villager
2. the characters don't stand still when something is happening except they just walk away and always turn around
3.when fighting all enemies attack the character, not just one by one

7 years later, and this still remains as one of the best Minecraft animations I've ever seen, and frankly the best zombie "movie" I've ever seen. Nicely written plot, horror and chaos mixed with comedy, good characters, I love it so much!
Amazing, it really shows how beautiful mineimator animations can be without using fancy features like shadows and stuff

Oh my. Why didn't I see this earlyer? I love this! An absolutely beautiful yet still simple animation. With simple I mean without all the fancy stuff high quality animations use these days. I see some comments talking about this. I'm not saying your animation ain't good. You simply proof that all a good animation needs is a good story with good characters. You got a lot of jokes, amazing fights and a very good realistic looking animation along with a good story that makes your heartrate go up and down because you feel for these brothers. I see a lot of details like breathing movements, blinking, expressions of the characters fitting their situations. Best is you just simply make me laugh when I don't expect it like when the skeleton gets sick and drops on the table. XD My compliments to the jokes because they catch me off guard. I really had to laugh when the golem took off and even more when the zombie flew into the tower. The story is just gripping and you know how to tell it right.

As of the Java Edition 1.13 update, baby zombies now burn in the sunlight. I always thought it was odd (and likely unintentional to begin with) that sunlight burned regular zombies but not their baby counterparts, and so I ignored that fact when I animated the penultimate scene.
I'm glad 1.13 resolved that quirk; I've had that nitpick for a while! Here's hoping they don't reverse the change in a future update!

I was 8 when watched this animation, it was also my very first animation watched. After all that time passed, I still think this is the best Minecraft animation that ever existed! I also learnt defensive combat from this. It's useful when get bullied at school. Call this self defense
