I like you use scripture and keep Christ in it. I used to be new age and yoga was the gateway to that because of the spirits associated with it. So this is good to keep Gods word who is Jesus the center. 💜🕎💗

I’m a lifetime member of the yoga abbey and I still come back here year after year for your TH-cam videos because they are sooo good. Just got back on my mat for the first time since baby #2 was born and this was exactly what I needed. Thank you!

First let me say Thank God that you started this because I NEED this! Second thank you Lord for your servant who decided to follow what she believed would help other. Third, I am excited for this because my body is very stiff and I wanted to do yoga so I could loosen up. I am only 27 and I have back issues, but after doing this I believe those issues won’t be issues anymore. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to give updates about how it goes in a week.

Now that it's been a few weeks of yoga I feel like I'm stronger, more flexible. I've started to combine this one with the other morning flow yoga for a little bit more in the morning to get moving. I choose something a little more challenging for my late afternoon practice. And now it's a habit to say Good Morning God!

This is perfect for me. I hate working out and doing any type of activity. I was searching for something that would be quick and easy yet rewarding. This is it. The only part that was hard for me was to twist my body completely around after putting my leg up in the air. My body just doesn’t twist that way. Lol
Thank you for coming up with a simple and rewarding routine for us workout haters.

Do not be deceived. If you are Christian be careful with yoga because you will create generation curses to your children, and grandchildren. Generation curses run to 3rd & 4th generation. Many people do not know how generation curses are initiated. By agree to do those styles you are sealing a covenant with hindu gods. Many people do not know what they are putting their bloodline into. That is why you see some saved Christians struggling with generation curses even if they are doing all the right thing.

Absolutely loved this challenge and I love your channel. I used to practice new age religion and others as well but the Lord brought me back home to Jesus Christ but I did love yoga and breathing and meditation so the Lord has been teaching me to meditate on his word and thy I can still move my body and honor him so I looked up Christian yoga and found you the 30 day challenge I’m on day 3 it’s been very chill but I wanted a bit of a challenge too because I stopped working out due to physical pain and recovering from injuries so trying out yoga and Pilates for my training rather than so much cardio in the form of running and then also weight lifting training . There’s just so much to this but all in all thank you for following your heart and listening to the holy spirit and allowing the LORD to lead and guide you while using your testimony to glorify him. 🙏🏽

Sure Pandemic is an opportunity to make money. Yoga is about achieving un union with oneself and become divine in the HIndu religion. There is no such thing called Christian Yoga or meditation. You are moving away from Christianity and embracing Hinduism to make money and mislead people. You are cleansing the original sin through yoga and not by surrendering unconditionally to the Lord. Choose one.

Separating Hinduism from yoga is like separating a mother from her child. Every intricate part of yoga is deeply rooted in the Vedas and Upanishad. We have to understand that Hinduism has fundamental differences with Christianity. There is a clear rejection of material existence and an emphasis on unifying the individual soul with the supreme consciousness that is the Paramathma.
The Sankhya, that talks about detaching oneself from fruits of actions and concentrating on his karma rather than for his own selfish needs is what stands at odds with Christianity. Christianity is fundamentally selfish in nature where by the devotees seeks all the love and affection from a higher being rather than realising that such love and affection are mere illusions that are fleeting and temporary. Yoga aims to detach the person from these illusions and make him equipped with tools to see the world the way it is.
In Christianity, human being is the centre of the universe and everything else in his resource. In Hinduism, the individual is just one constituents of the infinitely large universe that has no beginning and has no end. And it is his lifelong in the world to get himself reunited with the universe which can also be called Paramathma
In conclusion, I strongly believe that Christianity and Yoga are fundamentally different from each other and any attempt at making a christian yoga is a futile effort.

Just modified the SuryaNamaskar and called it christian yoga. when you do yoga (anytype of yoga not exercise)you are doing the moves of 330 million gods of sanatanism to unite spirit, soul, body and consciousness. it means you are not doing yoga but an actual sanatanist yoga and the yoga word comes from various vedas and upanishads which you have no idea about. Remember that Lord Mahadev (the destroyer of lust and cosmos and the lord of the lords)created the yoga first and meditation. I need a proof that Christianity really knows yoga and is the yoga word sanskrit? Yoga is oldest than the Jesus.

Thank you so much for sharing this God centered practice with us! I’m a new yoga teacher and I’ve been inspired to do the same. It’s so encouraging to know there are others out there finding ways to infuse scriptures and spiritual cues! I loved “open your heart up to God”!

Thank you so much for this video! I've doing yoga for a year now but I never started the day with some exercise after my devotional time, and now this has been part of my daily routine and im loving it. Great ministry you're doing!!
Also just want to say that I found it a bit of a challenge to hold my breath for 5 seconds and then exhale for other 5 seconds more, but I keep trying!

Thanks for a great flow sequence! It was really nice to be reminded of the Lord during the flow and to set my intention on the Lord rather than a self focused intention. I often do try this just in my mind during regular yoga classes but it was nice to be led to do it by the instructor.

Yog is a Sanskrit word. And its one of the school of thought of Hinduism named yoga( along with Vedanta, bhakti, nyaya etc). If you want to do yoga then just don't chant hindu mantras but plz don't disrespect world oldest language (Sanskrit) and traditions. Plz don't at least rebrand it.

Calm down, as christians we believe that yoga is worshiping demon (and it is in reality) so she is doing this semi-yoga exercise that is suitable for christians to do on a daily bases without being dragged into worshiping satan.
