I don't think the one with the acid is fake, I think that is hydrofluoric acid which reacts really strongly with metals but I think that it is quite calm with skin
Nah, hydrofluoric acid definitely isnt calm like that. It causes severe burns, and it also causes you to have a heart attack due to fluoride toxicity. I'd say it's probably a gallium spoon and hot water
@@bxrns2345 exactly, I only got to personally handle acid when I started uni, and even then I had to pass a special exam to be allowed access to the laboratory.

Connecting a 9v battery to both ends of a septum piercing won't give them a shock. It's completing a circuit through the piercing and no electricity will flow into the person. It will very slowly heat up the piercing, 9v batteries are intended for low power devices and aren't capable of producing a lot of current.
@@badusername853 That would really ruin your day. Car batteries can can produce hundreds of amps - the piercing would become red hot very quickly. Hey George that firework video at 3:19 was actually recorded live in Portugal, Azores, in the São Miguel island, i live in an island close to it and it was an CNN journalist who did that lol. Anyways hello from Portugal!
George starts going on about how you would have to make a circuit out of the ladys head for it to work thank you for the science lesson just learned more here then at school
leave me to my lotions is such a classic also, george that misfired bomb totally would explode there’s plenty of clips-they scatter the second they notice it didn’t shoot
When I was about 10 I was at a firework display and one of the fireworks flew into the crowd it didn’t go too near me but a few people where injured. Somehow that place are still allowed to set off fire works.
7:30 This would cause the metal to heat up as current flows freely through the metal. It makes steel wool light on fire, but the nose ring is so much metal I don't think it would heat up too much. Its larger than the wires you would use for a 9 volt, so it will probably just deplete the battery. It will not shock them though, the electricity would happily go through the metal without jumping through the nose.

2:44 well acids can dissolve certain materials but not others right? I don’t know much about specific types of acid but I wouldn’t be too surprised if there’s some type that can dissolve metal but not flesh.

7:31 it would most likely result in minor tingling in her nostrils. I've tried putting one of those batteries on my tongue (both + and - smack on the tongue as a punishment in a game) and it barely hurts and I don't think it's dangerous. Mostly it stung and then tasted like iron or blood for a minute. Might honestly not even wake that person up.
4:23 Mortar shells (and other shells too) Are primed by exceeding a certain velocity. That thing wouldn't explode. Weird that it bounced like that though.
3:19 a few years back I was at a friends house for bonfire and we rested the firework on a fence but as we lit it the firework tipped over and exploded next to me and my friend but we weren’t hurt somehow
no context for the spoon video so idk what acid they are using nor what the spoons made of, but im guessing it's something that eats away at only specific metals
Hey, so I’m an electrician and the battery would cause a small shock through the nose ring. Enough to wake you up but not to cause any real damage. wouldn’t advise it though
The firework thing happened to me last year 💀flew straight into my back neighbours roof who are very elderly , we heard the woman screaming and we were all pissing ourselves laughing cause there was no reason for the firework to go in that direction ( no one was hurt )
as someone with a septum and among many any other piercings, as well as common sense, no, putting a battery to someones septum wouldnt do anything. same with magnets. shits not magnetic
3:18 nah man it’s not that bad because of two reasons 1. Someone in my family use to set of fireworks in their bin with the Lego templates on top and yes it worked 2. On bonfire night 2021 we did the (not so) grand finale where we shot the fireworks and multiple went into the house and exploded it was one of those multi-shot fireworks so we couldn’t stop it Nice shirt by the way as long as your not demolishing Nottingham I’m alright with it mate
The acid bit is fine because there isnt acid like that, that would exist his hands are fine the acid is just better at dissolving 1 thing ehich was the spoon and the bad was the hanf
The battery up to the piercing won't do anything too drastic. It'll definitely still shock you but more like someone touching you with a bunch of static shock. It prob won't even wake that person up, especially since the metal only goes through a small amount of skin, there's not much there _to_ shock. But who knows, depends on the metal I guess. I'm just guessing
