    To create flow they sectioned off decent rooms to make small odd shaped areas. Like what’s one sofa pointed at the fireplace for? 3 strange and small outside areas, they overspent on materials and should have used the budget on design.

    You could build a mansion where I live with a pool on the lake for under their renovation budget on this. How is it even possible to spend a half million on a renovation of a semi detached home that is only 2200 SQ ft?

    I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing!

    The front patio is awful. It needs privacy and greenery. The living room with an angled fireplace turns the house back into an 80’s special. They spent money in the wrong places.

      You dont buy a house in corona del mar for greenery, that is what the suburbs are for. People want to physically use the little outdoor space they have, so a mini patio with a fire pit is a good fit for that

    We drove by this home 2 weeks ago & it still hadn’t sold. It’s a very steep price for a semi-detached home (yes, the house is gorgeous in person too).

      You must have the wrong house..this is a single home..watch the video..it proves its not a semi detached and it's been printed somewhere that the house sold 6 months ago.

    Forgive my negativity but the painted brick at this price point is a no go. That will be the first they rip out. If you get a they. ~ I think you missed a glam WOW opportunity.

      There are several big problems with that. Not sure most designers address poor of placement of them. Think some say 'this is the barn door you wanted' and put them in some of the worst spots. A bath door is one of the bad spots...

    The window on the *LIGHT WELL* is to allow light without letting intense heat into an upstairs room, as well as allowing light to below. The site needed mature plants, too. The yoga area feels awkward, feels way too exposed with a neighbor's window right there.
    These two miss often. They're lucky the market demand is so high in their area.
    Think this may be the first time I watched this though I watched the full series. Finally something new from the channel!

    Wait. What? At 3 minute in on the video - 119 days at least working and all we see are exposed walls? it certainly did turn into a stunning home. What creative vision. Only thing - i can't see indoor/outdoor facing the street. Doesn't feel right. But I wouldn't say no if someone wanted to give me this house 😅

    This house turned out exceptional. The colour scheme is stunning and it is a very liveable house. The price is steep, but the finishings are high end and the location excellent.

    The house looks nice and modern, also bedrooms are great, but I think the size of the kitchen was a miss. Not enough counter space or storage for a house that expensive.

    Don't get me wrong, I love this house and it looks amazing, but 2.7 million dollars for an average size house with literally no backyard, pool or even a view! Man.. California real estate is insane, where I come from u can get 10 really nice houses with that price .

    Gorgeous! I don't think I've ever seen a house w/the same colors on the outside as the inside. Black & white throughout! Christina did a bang up job on the kitchen!! Black oak and the contrasting island and bottom. The kitchen alone looked like it should cost $2M. Really great job!

    Christina genuinely has no idea how to do modern. She always either throws a bunch of black and concrete everywhere, like she thinks modern means devoid of color, OR she goes too tacky/dated.
