- I asked my viewers for Super Mario Odyssey mod ideas a few weeks ago and I've regretted it ever since. At the end, I'll pass my favorite of the mods off to @Tyron18, the world's best Odyssey player, to speedrun with the mod!

SMO, but every time you make a mistake, it’s SmallAnt’s voice complaining.
Ex: You bonk, and then a voiceover of Smant plays saying “Dang it, I bonked”
then send it to Smant and don't tell him what it does
can i second this? it would unironically be hilarious XD
and on the screen the words "bonk" shows up each time
SMO but every time you bonk it's Cjya screaming "NO I BONKED!!"
@@pigeongod3450 This, but its random, and everytime it happens the deep-fried effect plays (still with Smant's voice). So the screen becomes red tinted and low quality, the word bonk appears in giant letters, and Smant says in a glitchy voice "Dang it, I bonked"
Seeing Tyron slowly figure out just how broken the throws are was amazing. Also, classic TH-cam comments having “““amazing””” ideas
This video actually reminded me of a Michael Reeves video about stupid youtube comment ideas.

Okay I dunno if it's just me, but I absolutely love "corruption" mods, and it'd be really fun to see people try to complete a playthrough while the world jumbles up into an incoherent mess
Imagine Hide & Seek with corruption.
Yeah if there was a way to not corrupt anything important so the game doesn't crash that'd be really fun
Have you considered adding the lava to hide and seek so that there’s a limit to how long rounds can go? Like after 10 minutes the lava starts rising or something.
Yes! Some sort of battle royale-esque map shrinking system would be cool.. A downside may be that if someone has a really good spot they can be forced out of it after too short amount of time for that spot
It'd be great if she didn't tell anyone, and just gave them the mod without telling them what it was. 10 minutes into the first round, PANIC.
But isn't the point of the game mode to find a really good hiding spot and see how long it takes others to find you?

@@thijnhogendoorn6598 Maybe 20 minutes? Rounds sometimes go on quite a bit longer than that, but it feels like a good time to start cutting it off
As the lava was rising, it swallowed up everything. Their hopes, their dreams, everything they ever loved drowned in a burning ocean. This was it. Realizing their end had come, they could do nothing but wait. "No more hints here, scraw-CAW!", Talkatoo exclaimed, being out of ideas of how to escape. All hope was lost. "No more hints."
Mario, in desperation, asked Hint Toad if he had any information, but he simply told Mario that there doesn't seem to be any Power Moons hidden anywhere.
This, as it happens, is because the places housing those moons had already been swallowed by the orange glow of inevitable destruction.
This is the best story i have read/heard in my intire life.

The fun bit is that kinda exists with Luigi’s balloon world. Having that in multiplayer would be great.

I would love to see the "ride cappy" mod in hide and seek or try and send the "corrupt bit" mod to some of the folks who do challenge runs like Fir and CJ.
ride cappy would just be a mess in hide and seek, ya got multiple cases of unlimited flight

SMO but ALL textures are randomised. Mario might be a bush, bowser might be the entire Chappell and 2d Mario might be a chain chomp. Please do this it sounds crazy

Imagine the Ride Cappy mod mixed with Hide n Seek. Pure chaos.
Maybe instead of having everyone give a sub zome not sub zone and stuff, Cappy just gives the tip, like every X amount of time, "there is no one here," "I sense someone here"

You and Fir should voice act the entire game, like, the entire game, including all of the sound effects. And then put it in the hide and seek mod pack 👌

Yooo, Cappy Riding looks sick as hell - if you added some kind of limit to it so you couldn't infinitely fly, it'd be so cool for Hide 'n' Seek.
It would also be funny to do a variation on the riding cappy mod where you just change cappy into mjölnir (you can interpret this the way you want to)

A guess for the programming of tank aimbot: the bullets act as cappy when not with you but also as the bullets

Super Mario Odyssey, but it's a Slender. Fog is everywhere, it's nighttime, you are stuck in first person, the creepiest enemy you see in the game is Slender, and each moon acts like collecting a page.

One multiplayer mod I thought of was a "Garden Getaway" mode where you have two Teams of Runners and Seekers. There would be about 15 seeds across the map, 5 pots circling the Odyssey and 5 pots near the clothing store (or a large landmark like City Hall or the top of Cascade) The goal for the Running team is to plant 10/15 seeds, however the Running Team has 5 "Lives" shared between the whole team, if a Runner gets caught, dies, or falls off the map, they respawn at the Odyssey, but loses a life for the Team. The goal for the Seekers is to catch any of the Seekers 5 times (or have more seeds planted than the other team before time runs out).
If you've played Animal Crossing Sweet Day in Nintendo Land it's the same concept as that mini game.

What if when mario is in a capture he keeps the hat he wears. Like if he was wearing the chef’s hat and captured a pan bro or lava bubble the hat would be the chef’s hat rather than reverting to the default mario hat.
I remember seeing these. This was fun!

SMO, but you can only see Mario, coins and moons, to see if people know enough the game.
And ever time Mario dies a fart sound efect is played
it took me a second to recognize that it was you speaking, because in my head you were an anthropomorphic pink wolf, and so seeing this human girl speaking i was just like "who is this"
I feel like the lava mod would be good with multiplayer: your timer stops once you die then you add the times for various kingdoms

As I recall, I mentioned that you were in the Mars outfit, meaning that the person in the beginning of the video, the one with purple hair, is Mars.
In which case, that's a pretty good Amethyst impression at the intro, Mars!

Lava mod could be like a little hunger games thing where an area has a certain condition that would be cool for a hide and seek session.

I just realized that with the Cappy mod, mincaps would only capture the cap kingdom wire and Bowser
People talking about some of these being added to Hide n Seek honestly got me thinking of a special kind of Hide n Seek where the hiders start at the Odyssey and they need to make it to the fartherest part of the Kingdom without being found/caught (ex. Wooded Kingdom would require you to reach either Speward Fight or landing in the Secret Flower Garden, one or the other)
Scoring:
3 points to the hider if the hider made it WITHOUT being called out by one of the seekers
2 points to the hider if the hider made it but was seen and called out
1 point to the seeker when they catch another hider
I can't exactly test these out nor do I expect you guys to do this - it's just something I came up with on the spot from everyone else talking about Hide n Seek

SMO, but you have a set range in which the jump physics (gravity, distance, speed, etc) would randomly vary, every 5 or 10 seconds. You make this variable range just enough to throw people off, without being immediately perceivable.
min caps max moons with sitting on cappy would be amazing

I like the idea of giving smant and the others a mystery mod and having them race.
Alternatively, set them that 15 or 30 minute timer and ask them to collect as many moons as possible.

Mod idea. American healthcare mod. Every time you take damage you lose all of your coins. Also if you jaywalk in Metro Kingdom you lose all of your coins.
How about you lose 100 coins every minute, but if you run out of health or fall off, you bubble with 1 health and it takes away 200 coins. An error will occur if you run out of them.

Maybe a cool spin to hide and seek would be to have 2-3 seekers vs 5-6 hiders, and the hiders have to collect a set amount of moons before a time period? And when seekers tag a hider, instead of converting they go into timeout for 1-2 minutes and instead go ghost where they can look around and be recon but can't interfere or collect moons.
