What type of oil do you think is the best??
The King of Random larddddd
Coconut sounds tasty!
How is this 4 days ago vid came out 30 secs ago
Idk
The King of Random hi I’m a huge dan
You might need to go to the FireDome for this, if you still have access to it, but what about the Deep Fryer with super hot oil and dumping a gallon of Popcorn in it to see how fast or possibly explosive it might be?
Great idea
Omg!! I hope they do this!!
They'd need a fine mesh screen to keep the popcorn near the surface. Otherwise the kernels would sink to the bottom and not be able to pop free. The foundry might work better as an "air popper."
Hey bro, you got a stack of likes...
I'm sorry, I play too much Minecraft.

I worked at a movie theater and I can comfirm, they do indeed use Coconut oil when popping popcorn.
Nice that's what I use all the time
thx for the info sir :)
I also worked at a movie theater and ours used coconut oil also.
That’s the best I’m my opinion.
my parents always make it with coconut oil and i was today years old when i found out that not everyone uses coconut oil for popcorn
*i swear these guys get a new intro EVERY SINGLE TIME*
They just repeat a lot of intros they have like 20 different ones that they rotate through

They just rotate them and have different music

Everyone at Walmart: Where is all the popcorn
Nah it's probably target
Oh no a run on popcorn ... hurry everyone stock up!!!!!
High priced for large quantities at retail. Hit a wholesale place for the 12.5 and 25Lb bags. Break it down into sealed containers to maintain the moisture content is you don't plan to pop all of it in a few months.
Yeah
I worked in a movie theater for years, and I can confirm that we used a mix of coconut and canola oil.
Noah Rosenthal liar
What else you use?
Coconut oil wack af I worked at amc butter is best
So I worked at a movie theater when I was younger.
The machines we used, used a coconut & Canola Oil mix
Is there a way to make oobleck last longer, without having to keep adding water? Please like so it is seen,
lotion... oil. but that is only a guess.
You can't because the water evaporates that's why you need to put more
Store it in a sealed container like an empty peanut butter jar with the lid on
Vacuune seal
if you added oil instead of water it wouldn't evaporate i think
Could you do a video where you have some pancakes soak up as much syrup as they can, like the oreo and milk video? I though of this as I was eating pancakes this morning. 🥞🥞😀
Yes I want to see that.
I LOVED the popcorn salt! I won three bucks when someone bet me I couldn't eat a kernel completely covered in it... I ate a few! 😁
WOW THREE BUCKS!
@@criminaltimesinfinity3418 I was 16 and some kid had only gotten two bucks for taking a shot of movie theater popcorn butter...
It was also sixteen years ago.
Video idea: Mix Thermite with different liquids(water, liquid nitrogen, UV ink, Vinegar, glue, etc) and see if it maintains its potency or even if it even burns.
Like so they see
That sounds stupid....I love it!
Same
Vinegar will destroy the thermite by decomposing the rust. Water will destroy the thermite by oxidizing the aluminum (how rust is made). Liquid nitrogen will prevent the thermite from getting hot enough to be self sustaining. Glue shouldn't do anything to it if it dries fast enough (basically a poor performing rocket fuel). No idea what uv ink is made with.

The one thing I have to say is that my mother uses bacon grease to cook her stove top popcorn.
Trader Joe's used to carry Bacon Popcorn. It was my favourite. Your Momma was ahead of her time.
I don't get it. Nobody mentions butter.
We popped without anything at all in a sieve-type popper, and put butter and salt on it after.

There’s this Buddha brand of already popped popcorn and one of the flavours is coconut and Himalayan pink salt and it is DELICIOUS! That slight air of sweetness from the coconut oil without being sugary mixed with the pink salt. It is perfect. I keep meaning to make it at home.
As for best, depends on the mood I’m in. I’ve recently been hooked on using an oaxacan taco spice blend on popcorn.
I’m watching this while eating popcorn
That's awesome

Im watching this while eating popcorn because i craved popcorn and i made it and now im eating it and then later my toilet will eat it aswell

Peanut oil is the best in my opinion. One of my friends does a trick she called half popped popcorn because she likes the crunch. She boils the popcorn for a few minutes and dries them off and then pops them. They don't pop all the way but every one is super crunchy!!!!!
Calli's face when she smelled the burnt popcorn cracked me up.

I have always wondered what cooking popcorn in a vacuum chamber vs a pressure chamber would result in. I would be so happy if you tried that.

I would've liked to have seen clarified butter or even ghee used. I have tried it with peanut oil, grapeseed oil, and avocado oil. Any oil with a high smoke point and low flavor profile will produce the best popcorn without any off or odd flavors, though the idea of making kettle-style savory/sweet popcorn with coconut oil is an interesting idea!
Who agrees with me that they should start dating
1. I think they're better off as friends
2. They're both already married to different people.

that orange powder is AWESOME!
Interesting. I grew up with popcorn popped using lard. It is what I compare other popcorn to. For me it has always been "fluffier" A little butter and salt. I currently use the canola as it is much better for me.
When I worked at the snack bar at our village community center, we went through the Flavacol pretty fast. Give or take about 3-4 months if used almost every other day.
Can you try cooking 🍿 popcorn in a pressure cooker and a deep fryer? (deep fryer may be dangerous, so use a fry basket that has a screen lid)

Worked at two different movie theaters. One used Safflower oil the other used coconut. Both used Flavorcol.
If you get a hot metal plate, a hot cooking pot and some water, you can get some steam popping by pouring water down the side of the pot so it flows down into the crack. If you lift the pot a bit and then drop it it creates many loud pops
I am learning english with your videos. Thank you so much
What if you cook pancake batter in every other way but heating up a pan and frying it ( deep fry, steamed, bake it, etc)
Also try freeze drying cooked pancake and pancake batter
P.S also try all these with souflee pancake
I'm a purist- I use corn oil for popcorn, because I want my popcorn to taste like corn. (Also, for me, coconut oil would just ruin the flavor of everything!)
The barely opened pieces of popcorn, with the somewhat nutty flavor, are like what the early pioneers referred to as "parched corn." Travels well, can be eaten with minimal cooking, and you can live on it.
You should put a Souffled omlete in the dry-freezer
That whole bowl oh popcorn segment.. that was a legit fever dream scenario
Big ups for the Whirly pop. I’ve used one for close to twenty years.
I work in a movie theater in Germany and we use a mix of coconut and canola oil but we only do sweet popcorn so that might make a difference :)
I don't know about every movie theater but when I worked for AMC they use corn oil. They don't use any nut based oil because of people with allergies.

Duck fat makes the best popcorn. Great flavor!
Every movie theater I've gone to has extra super buttery popcorn and it tastes like it was soaked in butter for years
I use coconut oil for the popping and then melted butter and salt poured and tossed in a big steel bowl.
