On a trip to Mexico in the early 80's driving up in the mountains of the state of Michoacan near town I saw the monarchs hibernating there. OMG! There were so many! Like thousands of them. Was fabulous to see. Might have been El Rosario monarch sanctuary. El Rosario means ,The Rosary. Nice hike! God Bless 🙏🙏🦋🦋
Nice way to spend some time Cliff! Now that we relocated back to West Virginia I truly appreciate the beauty and peace these parts of the country offer (like the areas you explore in Pennsylvania.
Great road walk there! I've watched Cliff's videos for so many years he's almost like my neighbour. Old graveyards, classic stone homes and a nice little stone bridge. Awesome 👍
SGL 242 to SGL 243 and back is a nice day walk. The road walk once you cross Route 74 is very scenic in both directions. I'm actually enjoying most of the road walks on the MDT.
That was an enjoyable hike. The dog sounded evil, glad it wasn't real close. That stone house with the two porches was all me. I always wanted a house with a porch or balcony off the bedroom so I could go out in my flowing nightgown and my coffee. Lol...wishful thinking of a hopeless romantic. Be careful out there as always. ❤❤❤
Sounds like you are getting a little spoiled with the road walks/hitch a ride thing..lololol. You have been long hikes lately. Way to go!!!!. Blessings to you.
I just had to Google. Queen Anne’s Lace and Water Hemlock belong to the same plant family, the Apiaceae, Parsley family. That is why they resemble each other.
Nice 👍
Nice walk.I like both road and woods walks.

That is so funny Nancy. When my sister and I see a balcony like that we always say “flowing white nightgown”
@@donnabrooks3223 that's great. Good to know I'm not the only one who thinks like that.
Yes you have the nightgown but do you have a coffee maker in your bedroom? 😂
@@SharonPadgetyou bet I do.😂
Can't wait hope to see the video soon I need it ty Steve On To The Next YES PLEASE 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I did miles 0-15.5 yesterday. It was tough through the field section. A little difficult to follow the blazes. I did get turned around a few times.
Excellent hike. One thing I like about hiking on roads is the historic markers.

Pleasant hike. Thanks for taking folks along.
You should drop your bike off beforehand and lock it up at the end point. Then drive to the start point and hike to your bike! Quicker to get back.
Like when you discuss plants and their meaning...
I saw the company I work for in the beginning of the video and I also saw the company I used to work for at the end of the video
