One was conducted in my workplace, needless to say everybody threw both the supervisor and manager under the bus. Nobody held back at all, it was shear brutality at it's finest 😂

When it says physical or electronic records or data, does this mean text messages or?

Is it lawful for an employer to put someone on an investigatory paid leave for one month + without telling what the reason is ? Union could not get any information from HR either.

Please come to Finland and investigate the connection between the public employer and the medical health care. This is the country of open data!

Sexual harrasment is old school stuff. Look at medical records; that’s where the harrasment lies. You health data is important, not the possible naughtiness of your boss.

is a joke coz none of the companies I've worked for follow this guidelines...mainly HR will not give you fair review... always protecting the upper management

Those of you on the employee side: HR IS NOT YOUR FRIEND!!! They are going to save corporate asses at any and all cost including the bottom line. Once you complain, start looking for a new job. HR is going to go full speed ahead trying to get you FIRED!

I’m sorry that you have not had the best experience with true HR professionals. We really are employee advocates, however, oftentimes due to the mistakes of others in HR - we’ve gotten a negative reputation.

None of this is true. A HR investigation is designed to resolve the investigation in a manner that serves the companies best interest. Period. If you terminate a salesman who makes a lot of money for the company because he was an asshole to a janitor you as the HR rep will not be employed much longer
