My Exotic Class Item roll: Spirit of Galanor & Spirit of Synthoceps
(I have a DIM link if needed it just wont let me put it in the description)
Tips:
Try to get an overshield before you start dps (shieldcrush on the artifact boosts melee damage if u have one)
Try to tether as little adds as possible to maintain Synthoceps buff
Combination blow stacks don't really matter for dps because they shouldn't stack with grappe melee

Have you tried non Ikelos shotgun? It didn't work for me in multiple attempts, had same build but I had other 1-2p shotgun not ikelos.
I honestly haven’t tried it without ikelos. I can give it a try later today and let you know if it works for me.

@@hastings2456 An exotic called “the navigator” it’s from the ghosts of the deep dungeon. You need its catalyst as well to pull this off unfortunately😔

I tried this for like 2 fulls days. I use a different 1-2 punch shotgun. But all my punches are only between 75k-120k dmg. Now 600-700k. I honestly can’t figure out what went wrong. Isn’t invis related? Am I coming out of invis too early or too late?
@@Eqnotalent I’ve seen ppl get more consistent higher damage by pacing their melees unlike I did in the video. It would have something to do with the damage increase interaction with grapple melee but I’m not 100% sure tbh.
How were you basically immune that entire time while capturing the two points?
Invis due to slow and stylish executioner does it.
Do you know combination blow makes not increse syntho to x2.65??
If you take combi, than x1.3 damage
You can make more huge damage as changing your melee

I realized it 3days ago. Combi + syntho makes half of damage because of hidden perk.
Test with another melee same situation.

Combi + grapple melee damage is same whether 1 2 3 stacks. In addition, syntho + combi is limited by 1.35 damage

I’m away on vacation right now, but are you having trouble getting damage done? The main idea for synthoceps is that as long as you have 3 or more enemies near you, you get a damage increase.
@@Cardboardzz yeah, I play om console so I don't know if it's a frame difference or what, when I do it it consistently hits for around 200k but sometimes it chunks health but not 1.6 mil worth as I've seen for sure, my other option is I'm doing it with the matador with 1 2 punch, but I've seen people say that it might only work well with the ikelos shotgun, I don't really know what I'm doing wrong if anything
Also it will occasionally do bigger chunks of damage, but the dps numbers won't be aligned, what I mean by that is that it clearly is doing either more or less than the number that comes up, so I don't really understand what the issue maybe
@@jokrhiguy2426 I’ve seen the same issue with Ikelos working rlly well for this compared to other shotguns. I’m honestly not sure why that happens. To my knowledge the increased damage comes from the second part of vanishing step. To be completely honest with u I got a 1.6 mil hit in the video but idk what cause it at all lol.
@@Cardboardzz it's cool lol, I started really playing the game again in season of the deep returning from destiny 1, so I've missed out on the ikelos stuff, until operation seraph shield comes back as the rotator, so I'm just hoping this dosent get needed by the time I get my red boarders lol

Nope. You would need widow's silk from the strand hunter subclass.
how do you keep getting grapples?
@@nathanfisher2003 there’s an exotic trace rifle called “The navigator”. It comes from the “ghosts of the deep” dungeon. It’s a random drop from the final boss. If you can get it along with its catalyst it lets you make a grapple point so you can spam the grapple as much as you want.

@@lorenzmanalastas4839 yeah for whatever reason this guy doesn’t care abt invis so he’ll hit you either way most of the time. You kinda just gotta get lucky with positioning. This video took a few tries to get everything right. Def easier on titan tbh.

Yeah and I seen people use your same build to solo the same boss without the class item within the same time record time. I guess you could say that I feel like the class items are way overhyped. Don't get me wrong it's a nice addition to the game but it's not necessary if you really want to solo dungeons and raids.. My experience if you rely on the tools in your Arsenal you're just a fucking tool. Ex my lacrosse coach always said when I was playing when I was 14 if you rely on the best equipment you're just a fucking tool.
