Funny thing about MW Legacy compared to Relative, is that MW Legacy actually give you true 1 to 1. However, it does feel fast because we are all used to Relative. Kovaak's Sensitivity Matcher confirms this as well. It's not 1 to 1 after 1x optics. For me, I use MW Legacy and found .85 to actually feels more 1 to 1. Sensitivity is all personal preference. Try everything and found out what feels best and works best for you :)
I just listened to this while playing and kinda went back and forth with some of your recommendations. The game feels better after the screen coefficient and also WALK SPEED. Mine was set to slow!! It's a completely different game. I had no idea mine was turned down.
Thanks these tips helped me quite a bit with the transition. I definitely notice my movements are far superior to controller. Definitely miss the aim assist but with practice I'm out shooting controller
Yes at first it’s annoying or frustrating To die because your getting use to the controls when starting out mnk but I strongly believe any decent mnk player will always beats average or good controller players assuming the gunfight situation is equal and they stand no chance once you break cameras because of the direction change being so fast in comparison to controller players who are on 6-8 sens
also for anyone reading this i highly suggest looking into a kovaaks routine and developing a better aim / mouse control. Alot of people even myself not too long ago play with some very bad aim mechanics and resources like lowgravity56, riddbtw and r/fpsaimtrainer can help correct and improve those mechanics with routines and guides
as a counter strike player since 2004. [source] i can attest for this. always been more of a wrist player despite my mousepad size. coming to warzone 2 recently, just feels like a completely different game on MnK.
Thanks for this tip. It's my first day to get my PC today and first day to train how to play on keyboard just to play COD WZ. This going to be not a fun process, but it will worth it later on. I want to beat my bf on COD 😅🤣
Thx man ;) This video was so helpful. Changed my DPI & sensitivity, it's a lot better now.. Starting with 1.77, but it is too low for me, getting my arm out of the window and didn't had a 360 :') . DPI 1600. also using Logitech. But so much thx for the vid.
Awesome vid Cap! Still will help me a lot when playing "seriously" with my friends using MnK, all though I'm slowly learning to use a controller. Btw Cap, maybe you can give some tips about in-depth controller guide, regarding best thumb positioning for better accuracy, sometimes I press the R3 when I tense up on a gun fight. And maybe some tips on moving in the map, it really feels that my movement is restricted when playing on a controller than an MnK.
Ultimately it comes down to whatever is comfortable. Everyone’s grip will be different based on hand size and what kind of controller they use. It’s something that will likely just improve over time
Try incendiary rounds, they do more damage and have a higher velocity, i.e. less bullet drop, the initial impact doesn't always down them, but the burning does.
for me turning the coefficientto 0 while using relative on a 1440p monitor at 16:9 fellst much much better for tracking. also on 1.78 i miss almost every flick i wanna do that is less then 2cm on my screen. great video to understand how thoose options work!

Came back to this video after a few months. Switching to 1600 DPI and also noticed you have center dot on, probably a good call for mouse so I’m giving it a go. Excited for MW3!!
I really found this video helpful and have made all the necessary adjustments. I have another question not related to it, I lost my quick game icon in modern warfare two. It doesn't appear anymore and I don't know how to get it back. Do you have any suggestions?
If they are playing on relative, their ads cm / 360 is going to be higher than their hipfire cm / 360, since their rotation speed is slowed so that monitor distance per cm is the same even at a lower fov As well as different fovs mean different experienced sensitivity, as although your cm / 360 distance isn’t affected by fov, your monitor distance / cm is
i thought with relative the cm/360 stays the same wheter its ads or hipfire? ive read it was supposed to be 1 for 1 throught your gameplay and the setting most people choose so you wont have to train with different sens or adjust to different sens when playing
@@vinnyvanbasquiat relative does preserve 1:1 aim, but by keeping monitor distance the same for all zoom values. That means that if someone is 4 inches right of center, it takes the same mouse movement to adjust onto them regardless of zoom level. That’s the most important thing for muscle memory. Consistent cm/360 would mean that when your zoom level/fov changes, you have the same mouse movement to do a 90 degree turn for example, but not the same amount of mouse movement to adjust onto the target 4 inches from center. Hey, man. That sounds like a hardware problem to me. There's no in game setting that would affect your input like this. Try updating your mouse and keyboard drivers. Could also be that your m&k aren't getting a good connection if they're wireless. Does it happen in other games?
Hey Tcap, can you please tell me what headset/headphones you’re using and maybe even upload an whole video of you showing your audio settings like in warzone 1? I‘d really appreciate it.
Everytime I look at these settings, try and fail with these, also having a 49cm for 360 is insanity. I get to used to my settings, 1600DPI, 2.75 ingame sens on Pulsar X2 medium, 0.85 ads, relative 1.33 coeff ( I think xD ), it´s best for quick scoping, flicks, headshots, but not so great in close against controller players, not like I can´t hit, just sometimes loose space on mousepad xD
I realized that I was a wrist player, not an arm player. I used to play with 1500 dpi & 8 sens., which is 12000 eDPI. After watching this video, I realized that my high eDPI is the reason for my inconsistent aiming. Then I tried the same sens. as Strahfe, which is 1600 dpi * 3 ses = 4800 eDPI. After playing for 1-2 days, my arm was sore for several days. From 12000 eDPI drop to 4800 eDPI, you can imagine how hard I push my mouse 😅😅😅. Then I changed to the sens. same as Metaphor after watching his amazing warzone videos, Now I am playing with 2000 dpi * 3 sens. = 6000 eDPI which is half of my previous long habited eDPI. you could try my binds. C for crouch. Q for mounting (don't ever really do that). E interact. Press scroll wheel for grenade. Mouse side button furthest away from you for tactical. mouse button closest to you for switching weapons. CTRL for laying down. Only downside is F for melee.
On the bottem of my mouse (a razer viper 8k) it says 20k dpi, it also has a button that changes my sens to bw faster or smth as it takes less and less movement to do certain turns, is the 20k the max button also is 20k doi to much
Not a huge deal but the MW2 private match bots are way worse than the bots in MW2019. MW2 bots can only run around and if you spot them or they spot you -> they shoot while standing still, no matter what difficulty. MW2019 bots can also strafe while shooting (huge), prone and crouch which is nice if you want to practice aim.
so ultimately it’s not gonna make a massive difference but I would bet that it’s because 1.33 is default and they’ve just always played on it, so they don’t want to risk changing it. Also strahfe has the smoothest aim on that list so 😅
bruh i am playing warzone 3 years and my cm/360 is 14.21,and am very solid player,i am diamond and i will prob get in crimson this season. sens is 8.12 dpi 1200

can i use aim assist on pc while using controller or the aim assist is only for play station and xbox
Funny thing is pretty much all the guys on your list besides Strahfe all play on 1.33 even though they're on a 1920X1080 monitor.
so ultimately it’s not gonna make a massive difference but I would bet that it’s because 1.33 is default and they’ve just always played on it, so they don’t want to risk changing it.
Also strahfe has the smoothest aim on that list so 😅
@@TCaptainX True, I switch way too much between the 2 and find pros and cons of both. 1.78 feels more natural point and click but 1.33 I track better

If you are used to a controller u have a much higher hand in CoD.
I play with mouse and keyboard cuz I'm not used to controllers
If u are used to both u should definetly play with a controller in this game at least
If he was a teacher 👨🏫 he would be so cool
