Main thing what I do is I used to do hand signals like if I am turning right and if car have to go straight or right I use handsignal to tell them use another free lane on that road to avoid accident for me I also observe vehicles coming using my side mirrors! I warn them I always wants people behind me to maintain atleast 30m distance also I maintain 50m distance when stopping behind the vehicles... I follow hand signal and I focus on riding safe but you see in pallikaranai marshland, OMR and From Shozhinganallur till Siruseri the riders are idiots when they ride rashly!!
How do we use hand signals when insider cars with windows rolled up and AC running at full blast to protect us from both the heat and pollution? I drive from my home to Medavakkam and my car looks like it has been through a cement factory!
Stopping in the middle of the road is the problem, especially since there is no U turn there, unless he wanted to go against oncoming traffic. Instead of stopping abruptly, he could have turned on his left indicator and moved to the far left before stopping.

Have seen people do U turns to reach the streets on the side, since the flyover is the only way to come straight... the junction below it has only a left turn towards Kodambakkam. If they don't do that U turn, they have to drive an extra km to get to those streets.
@@ashwinsmr you're correct and at a same time every vehicle which is going behind the vehicle needs to maintain more metres of gap also the speed and braking too!! So even if we are correct the one behind will do mistake during that time if we are in two wheeler we can show hand signal to stop if they're not listening we can go to any extents

@@ashwinsmr it doesn't looks like he is doing U turn. i assume he wanted to move left side. I really hate when ppl don't use indicators.
