- This video shows the difference between Uniaxial and Biaxial bending in columns. Load that is acting in the center of column creates no eccentricity and only creates axial stresses that is compressive stresses while when the load acts away from the centre of the column, it creates bending stresses in the column so depending on the eccentricity it can be either Uniaxial or Biaxial eccentricity. Uniaxial bending in column
axial stresses in column
biaxial bending in column
eccentricity in column
very good.... got the uniaxial and biaxial and eccentricity at single place
this helped me a lot
Explained good

You're welcome!
hello sir thanks for your videos , could you explain in video tell us when we have a column with an applied load on center of column with section of 300*300 mm , fck = 30 mpa , 4 no bar with 12 mm longitudinal and 8 mm for stirrups , how much load can steel carry and how mch concrete can carry ? m buddy said 1/4 of applied load for steel and 3/4 of applied load for concrete , is it right ? thanks for your answer
Sir how to calculate stress, produced by biaxial load
