Kaldor Draigo survive in the Warp for several millenia so he's quite powerfull. Plus he's likely the most crazy entity in the Warp - in TTS canon for sure - thus making him the most powerfull idiot... in the Immaterium. It's possible the Decevier want to kill him bc he's a competitor in straight up craziness

I love the difference between the emperor and the Fyodperor. Since the Fyodperor is the Star Child, the emperor's compassion, his jokes are friendly, and he comforts his underlings rather then berate or laugh at them.

@@coops3600 Mon-Keigh isn't a term referring to humans specifically, it refers to any band of violent and degenerate primitives, its like how the romans used to call everyone north of Italy "Barbarians." Its just associated so often with humans because you rarely see the eldar interacting with, say the Rak'gol or the Kroot and eldar have their own word for orks specifically.
Can I just say Alfa, throughout my many re-runs of ETTS and Co, the permanent subtitles are an awesome thing - I rarely watch without them due to slight hearing trouble in one ear, and they make my life much easier enjoying these.
Funny how permanent subtitles were requested because early Kitten was hard to understand. THANK GOD people spoke up. TTS wouldn't be the same without them.
Whoever is doing the voice of Custodisi really deserves a raise. Or a pat on the back. Or a few words detailing how he is doing an above average job. Seriously though, the character has insanely grown on me, which is funny since he began as the "middle man" and which is DOUBLY funny, because Eisidisi, the JoJo character on whom his model is based, ALSO grew on me after a while. The writing for that character is insanely funny and the voice inflections, especially on the creepy lines are incredible. To sum up: Is good.
The voice actress is Finnish, it would be reasonable to assume she doesn't know French or have a natural French accent, but she nails the stereotypical one perfectly!
Also think about this. They picked up two blood ravens, who might be the descendants of loyalist thousand sons. Could the Crimson Tigers be founded as a new Chapter/Legion for Magnus?

I love this so much, the fyodperor really is the humanity of the emperor, they are both joking, charismatic and political minds but one is cruel and lacks empathy, the other has it in abundance but is more subtle. Fyodperor's jokes haven't yet been at anyone's expense and have been dad jokes, where as almost every word out of the emperor on the golden thrones mouth is targeted and cruel to the point of extreme predictability. They are the same but one has the sensibilites and capabilities that we associate with a human. This is doubly amazing because as Magnus points out the emperor's plan of destroying chaos requires the removal of these very aspects the Fyodperor has, yet he is bringing it back. I think the Emperor realized over ten thousand years that he was wrong and that he shouldn't destroy humanity or chaos but needs a balance he had long since forsaken. Now his plans have changed and I think that's why he couldn't really argue with Uriah and why he is so hard to pin down on his plans, because while he isn't doing a complete one eighty, he has had a change of goal since he last really spoke to anyone, one that's going to be hard to explain. I'm excited to see where Alfa takes this and hope it's just as hilarious throughout, also if vulkan doesn't hug the shit out of Boi imma be mad
The Starchild is believed to be the single largest part of the Emperor's psyche that just hangs about doing corporeal shit, larger even then the Thronebound one. It also happens to be the nicest part of his psyche, so that's neat. You don't have to destroy Chaos and therefore the Human psyche to beat Chaos. You just need to close the eye of Terror and keep massacring all the Psykers jobs a good 'un.

You'll note that during the "Heretic!" chanting segment, the only ones on-screen who weren't going along with the mob, aside from obviously Kryptman, the Fyodperor and Leman Russ, were the Tempestus Scions and the handful of Imperial Guards at the back.
Can we get a few spin off episodes of the Scions doing funny A-Team style shenanigans during missions they get dispatched to? I was so glad when they didn't die

Alfa, I swear your dialogue gets better with every episode. The Fyodperor jokes were so perfect, I have to wonder how long you have been planning this. Also, Zoran as Russ was amazing as always, and Stellar's beautiful voice so perfectly fits the reborn(?) emperor. This is probably my favorite 40k thing ever along with the all guardsman party, and it's absolutely fantastic to see it progress like this, especially given all the hard work that clearly went into this. I think one of my favorite parts is how freaked out Leman Russ sounds when he rants about ‘god-forsaken sun at the end of the catacomb’. It’s a good demonstration that, even by 40k standards, throwing a sun at someone is considered overkill. Does a solid job of showing how scary the Drukhari really are.
Meanwhile the Necrons are laughing and giggling because been there, done that, slaughtered billions. Won a war. Enslaved star gods. Use them as living batteries/Pokemon.

The necrons did not win the war in heaven, no one did except maybe the eldar but the war in heaven set them up for their fall. I'm not going to lie, I was very upset when I thought the Scions were going to die. I was rooting for them throughout the Khaine's Gate ordeal, and it would've sucked to see them die because of a mirror. But thankfully the God-Fyordperor is the best dad ever.

I don't think it's quite as simple as that. Emp's needed someone similar enough to him for him to occupy. So while I think Emp's is "in charge" the two where so similar to begin with the only distinctions where likely just personality traits and quicks that they now share. More like a synthesis than a typical possession.

Seriously though, the character has insanely grown on me, which is funny since he began as the "middle man" and which is DOUBLY funny, because Eisidisi, the JoJo character on whom his model is based, ALSO grew on me after a while.
The writing for that character is insanely funny and the voice inflections, especially on the creepy lines are incredible.

I love this so much, the fyodperor really is the humanity of the emperor, they are both joking, charismatic and political minds but one is cruel and lacks empathy, the other has it in abundance but is more subtle. Fyodperor's jokes haven't yet been at anyone's expense and have been dad jokes, where as almost every word out of the emperor on the golden thrones mouth is targeted and cruel to the point of extreme predictability. They are the same but one has the sensibilites and capabilities that we associate with a human.
This is doubly amazing because as Magnus points out the emperor's plan of destroying chaos requires the removal of these very aspects the Fyodperor has, yet he is bringing it back. I think the Emperor realized over ten thousand years that he was wrong and that he shouldn't destroy humanity or chaos but needs a balance he had long since forsaken. Now his plans have changed and I think that's why he couldn't really argue with Uriah and why he is so hard to pin down on his plans, because while he isn't doing a complete one eighty, he has had a change of goal since he last really spoke to anyone, one that's going to be hard to explain. I'm excited to see where Alfa takes this and hope it's just as hilarious throughout, also if vulkan doesn't hug the shit out of Boi imma be mad
The Starchild is believed to be the single largest part of the Emperor's psyche that just hangs about doing corporeal shit, larger even then the Thronebound one. It also happens to be the nicest part of his psyche, so that's neat.
You don't have to destroy Chaos and therefore the Human psyche to beat Chaos. You just need to close the eye of Terror and keep massacring all the Psykers jobs a good 'un.

Alfa, I swear your dialogue gets better with every episode. The Fyodperor jokes were so perfect, I have to wonder how long you have been planning this. Also, Zoran as Russ was amazing as always, and Stellar's beautiful voice so perfectly fits the reborn(?) emperor. This is probably my favorite 40k thing ever along with the all guardsman party, and it's absolutely fantastic to see it progress like this, especially given all the hard work that clearly went into this. Thank you so much for this wonderful abomination.
This episode took a few months. The general plot has been around for years from alfa and his friends but it's everchanging is believe.
I think one of my favorite parts is how freaked out Leman Russ sounds when he rants about ‘god-forsaken sun at the end of the catacomb’. It’s a good demonstration that, even by 40k standards, throwing a sun at someone is considered overkill. Does a solid job of showing how scary the Drukhari really are.
Meanwhile the Necrons are laughing and giggling because been there, done that, slaughtered billions. Won a war. Enslaved star gods. Use them as living batteries/Pokemon.

The necrons did not win the war in heaven, no one did except maybe the eldar but the war in heaven set them up for their fall. That’s the point of the war in heaven, that it was a waste for everyone involved, and it ruined the future for everyone who came after.

Kinda had to. Most "Part 2"s end-up having to say a lot without saying much because they have to wrap everything up and people get frustrated at the mention of a "Part 3."
They didn't wrap up much tbh, after understanding the Emperors current.... housing(?) of Fydor it all became just a setup episode. Surprised he gave it all so much time at the end of the day, most could be quickly explained in a mini episode.

I don't think it's quite as simple as that. Emp's needed someone similar enough to him for him to occupy. So while I think Emp's is "in charge" the two where so similar to begin with the only distinctions where likely just personality traits and quicks that they now share. More like a synthesis than a typical possession.
