As for the writing question, Chancellor (Korean R&B Legend) wrote and composed LEFT RIGHT which explains why it's so good. (It's also him doing the male vocals in the track)
Its crazy that you mention TLC vibes. If I remember correctly, in one of their interviews they said they listened to TLC growing up or that it is one of their inspirations.
Side note: An XG marathon would be pretty cool. Their dance vids and vocal performances are top tier.

Honestly, I just got into XG when this comeback came out, but I haven’t had a group chokehold me INSTANTLY since Blackpink debuted. I’m actually glad I got into them now and not last year cuz now I have four EXCELLENT (and different, I might add) songs to play on repeat. The rappers flow so well, the vocalist be hitting the notes & the dancing is the most clean and crisp I have seen in a long time. I’m 100% part of the Alphaz (name of their fandom) & I’m so glad I get to enjoy them with you. ❤
