As time has progressed, I've come to understand how we (myself included) have told ourselves and each other a story that only a few of us are deserving and that those who are not deserving of the same successes are not as diligent, intelligent, competent as those who are. Now I understand how that story allows us to justify our separation from each other and make ourselves magnify our efforts as the reason for our successes and minimize our advantages and luck as any sort of part of the explanation at all. That way, we can keep doing what we've done and do nothing about what we haven't.

Education is the key to power which, in my opinion, we must turn oxbridge around and make sure we have the wide body of students we need.
