Christian Bale is truly one of the greatest actors who ever lived. He really brings 110% to every role he does, he’s always so convincing and extremely versatile.
@@Reticuli It was a unique film, I liked the bits where he breaks the 4th wall, and the Shakespeare bit or the part where his thoughts were aloud sizing up George W. One bit I found hilarious was how he makes even the craziest ideas sound logical “why don’t we put tiny wigs on our penises.” So it was original at least in my eyes with an interesting directorial spin on things, not to mention great performances from Bale, Rockwell and Carrel.
I thought it was a pretty good movie, honestly. I just wish they would have went a bit harder, because they really gave a bit of a whitewashing of truly how much of a despicable war criminal this guy actually was. It felt like they were so scared of Fox News calling them 'biased' that the storywriters went out of their way to make him look BETTER and did not tell the whole story about this guy.
@@Black_Caucus if they actually showed all the atrocities and war crimes committed by US soldiers the American people would just think it's parody or lies, it's no exaggeration to say that some straight up Nazi type stuff was done to innocent Iraqis by US soldiers

Too bad it wasn't a better movie, because his performance was great.
I thoroughly enjoyed it
@@rossl5908 I thought it was a mess. The Big Short was great, though.

Did he put weight on in this role or fat suit
You should check out a Christian Bale weight chart or pictures, the dude loses and gains for roles like it's a setting in a game

@@MrFeridun123 isnt that really bad for the body tho?
@@Adele5554 he doesn't care. That's what makes him a legend
