It was great to see you appreciating both Full Speed Ahead and Storm, which I feel tend to be overlooked, as much as I do. Such amazing vocals and music
46:50 actually, you’re somewhat correct! I’m pretty sure you’ve been told this already, but every character has a signature instrument. The ones I remember off of the top of my head are Athena’s instrument is piano, Poseidon’s is trumpet, Odysseus’ is guitar, Aeolus’ is the flute, Penelope’s is the violin, Polyphemus’ is the cello I believe, Eurylochus’ is the background vocals of the crew, and I’m not sure what else

To be fair to Eurylochus, when he opened the wind bag, be didn't know it LITERALLY contained the storm, and didn't know over five hundred men would die. When Odysseus took them through the lair of Scylla, he knowingly sacrificed six men, and didn't warn them about it.
1:06:09 He didn't go into detail but "This bag has the storm inside" would make me inclined to keep it closed. Also Eurylochus opened it within sight of Ithaca (or at least nearby enough where his mom saw), why couldn't he wait a day at most?
Great following the whole thing through with you (just reached the end of Act 1). Your reaction to the whole of the Underworld saga was priceless, reminding me of the first time seeing it. I am sure it is the same for many others.
32:56 I like this design, but it’s not as accurate as the others. There are resemblances to his father, Poseidon; though. Polyphemus here has a crab head and horse legs, relating to his dad
it’s athena’s fault odysseus’ crew never made it home alive :( if she never fought with him he never would’ve doxxed himself and he never would’ve dealt with poseidon nor anything that comes after edit: yall I’m not hating on athena 😭 I love her wth
@@davidflores7181 oh I wasn’t trying to blame her I was just trying to say something about it 😭- I love Athena. but it does make sense if you think about it.. odysseus would’ve never told polyphemus his name and he would’ve gotten away with the sheep if athena didn’t argue with him. and polyphemus wouldn’t have been able to get to odysseus nor his crew because he would’ve been blinded and have no idea of his name - so poseidon wouldn’t know who to hunt. I wasn’t trying to hate on athena.. ☹️
@@buggo_bug Odysseus let his pride get in the way. It is not Athena's fault for telling her student he was making a mistake and for him to lash out - his ego hurt - and make things worse for himself. The whole point of this story is that his Pride was his downfall.

I LOVE you appreciating Jorge’s voice, he’s perfect for Odysseus and his voice is just wonderful
I agree, Jorge just gives ody those protagonist vibes he needs ✨️, I love Jorge's voice and Jorge himself

People love to say Eurylochus had no room to talk, conveniently forgetting Odysseus doomed those men by leaving the cyclops alive

When Odysseus took them through the lair of Scylla, he knowingly sacrificed six men, and didn't warn them about it.
I mean, his King and Captain told him a literal storm was inside the bag. And that if it was opened they wouldnt make it home. Treason is treason 🤷♂️

Actually 547 men died because of the cyclops. The last one died at Circe island by being drunk and falling from the rooftop 😂
Loving ur reactions!!! Its very relatable lol, big hugs!!!
Please react to the livestream, at least the Ithaca saga, the visuals are so good
