Здесь не было ни того, ни другого. В таких случаях бывают разные решения: могут продолжить игру или остановить, но сначала убедившись, что дело серьезное. Здесь же те секунды, за которые забивали гол, ничего не решали для его здоровья. Тем более, что вратарь может вскочить через 10 секунд , как ни в чем не бывало. Это футбол, где много подлости от игроков, кто-то может и прикинутся больным, видя, что проиграл позицию. А атакующая команда, что должна отказываться от заработанной трудном атаки?
