Thank you for watching. I’ve been away sick but trying to get on a weekly posting schedule for videos. Will be moving in a month or so to my new property and will have lots of footage there.
Nice video and love her story, her vans nice too, but heck I wanted to see the tiny home I like Beanstation I’ve seen it before she’s got a nice spot for sure
Lots of great features,I guess if you have to pay full retail for all of the installations it would add up to a higher cost! It’s why I’m building my own from a box truck and I can stand without hitting my head! Good luck selling!
Very nice - I am downsizing now & hope to start a roaming life by August. I'm sure your van will be gone by then. Love the meticulous way you designed the inside. Best of luck ... I'm hoping to head west first.
wow what a great job. I would love to own this, but I won't be able to just yet. Someone is going to be very happy. I'm a parttime vaner and hope to go full time next year. Hopefully there will be one like this available then.
@@kathoproductions hello. It is still available but I have a very interested buyer right now. I can keep you posted if that falls through. Should know by end of next week
Really very nice van build. It's more like a little home, just one that can go! Just a small suggestion for the new owner. By putting a lot of innocent looking dish towels on top of the safe so towels are first thing seen when opening the top, would throw off any potential person up to no good looking for something to steal.
@RhinestonesAndWrinkles this is a cute van! I watched the tour of your personal tiny home (at ITH) which is absolutely fabulous! Would you be so kind as to share where you got your white storage boxes and what they are called? I need some as I want to be as organized as you are ;-)!
That electrical system is way too complicated 4me. I had a 32' Class-A motorhome, and every time a fuse blew, it was a nightmare....I prefer an external powerstation. Also.....no toilet is.....NO GO 4me. 10:50 When I gotta go, I GOTTA GO!
I like the hidden storage & the dual zone freezer fridge & that it's solar. My old lady body would need a hidden toilet of some kind but that would be great for traveling to specific places
A shower could be installed in the back of the van as well as a small tankless water heater. I chose not to do so as I knew I wouldn’t use it. Planet fitness are everywhere. As for toilet I had a Trelino composting toilet but sold it. Also used bucket with toilet seat and kitty litter. No smell. Easy to dispose of
Heat and AC in front cab. Back has the maxxair fan and second fan by bed. I used a propane buddy heater for heat. But really traveled with the weather. Also very well insulated so usually at least 10 degrees diff than exterior temp.
@@RicG. The previous owner for 10k miles was a family who used it for camping and something like an assisted living home for the first 90k. You can tell by the VIN report I purchased that there were no accidents and title is clean. You can tell by the engine it was well maintained.

Nice little camper but is frightfully overpriced at $32,500. The Kelly Blue on the van is $3,500. So there is approximately $30,000 in the build and repairs? Even in the competitive market, this price is why too high. The solar system is antiquated and 200 amp hours is on the low end. The bed area is cramped and congested and fridge access is limited by extended bed. It's not that functional. This lady is out to turn a huge windfall but someone unsuspecting might come along and buy it. But there are much better campervans to be had with considerably less mileage no matter her saying to ingnore the year of the van.
Sir you have no idea about camper vans and their pricing. This is low. And only due to being in the east coast. Could sell this in the west coast for 40k easy. It may not be for you but you are very much misinformed.
I’m inclined to agree,I can build a nice fully self contained shower, flush toilet, queen bed ,gas stove ,air conditioned, stand up RV out of a box truck for less than 30,000 ! Exactly what do you think you have here?
@@ninastraub6097 you should read more of the posts; most are inclined to say this vehicle is overpriced, hence the reduction. Why don't you help her and sell it for $40,000 and keep the profit instead of speaking out your arse.
Yes I agree she's trying to reclaim all her money 😮 IMOP it's over cramped someone with mobility problems would not be able to get into the bed😢 I wanted one of these but scared now with only 160 some miles and had to do all that work maintenance work seems these are not very reliable after 100,000 miles just saying 😮
