$110,000 is way out of most of our budget for a tiny house… It’s cozy and nicely laid out but not for my budget. It’s sad that tiny houses began at a more affordable price to the point now of over a hundred thousand dollars… It’s crazy. I thought of moving to TN and getting one of these homes but I guess I’ll have a long wait for more affordable homes.
You can still buy the Incredibox for around $25K. Yes it's old panels but it's tough, insulated and affordable. Adding a deck can double your usable space. 🩷

Beautiful home, very nice layout, but those stairs are very scary without a handrail. I do like the downstairs bedroom. Nice sized shower. Love the washer and dryer! Thank you for showing this. 😊
That loft bedroom would be a tad scary to me, I would probably roll over it. The ground bedroom is a better option but a bit small. I just feel like for that price I could get my own custom tailored for my needs. Do like the laundry
My biggest worry would be from an investment standpoint. These homes i dont think go up in value but depreciate. 110k you can buy a house with land that will hold its value or go up. That said i do love the layout and it would be a great air bnb. Greag job showcasing it! ❤
As always, a very nice presentation by Teresa, but way overpriced at 110K, and the most poorly designed 10x26 imaginable in my opinion.. The secondary loft is unusable except for storage.The back bedroom only has room for a twin bed. Unsafe stairs without a railing, and no cooktop exhaust hood. Not that my opinion matters...somebody will buy it.

ITH has stopped posting any comments that suggest even the slightest criticism, and their channel's comment section pretty much consists of ITH cultists and sycophants, patting themselves on the back about how great ITH, Randy and Amanda are. I gotta say, this is the worst floor plan I have ever seen at ITH. The second loft, is accessed with a ladder from the first floor bedroom? So awkward. How can you sleep 5 people and have two chairs in the "living room" ? Where are the 5 people going to sit and visit with each other, there's no deck, no patio, no shed...is that because this tiny will be moved to the mountain, if approved? The loft bedrooms need railings, and it looks so dangerous to go up down those stairs. This will be a tough sell.
The owners of the tiny homes on the ITH lands are asking far too much money because if you go back to ITH first videos, you can find the prices of the individual builds. Also, Arbnbs are not working out anymore. People are not really traveling and in 2025 money will be tight. Most info is stating that the housing market may collapse in the summer because the real estate corporations are starting buy up affordable housing again. The big houses are not working out. Too high of prices. As for toll homes, the banks are still not getting into it. Its better but not great. The big banks want your soul to be connected to them for life. Nice home but I can get a new home from ITH for less money and bigger. Again, if the person gets what they want, good deal for the seller.
Its too chopped up. Every "area" is filled with too much furniture for the space. The sleeping spaces are cramped and difficult to make beds with the exception of first floor bedroom area. Not a fan of walk through bathroom . Short comment: not good at all.

For less than that you can get a single wide, with all appliances
