Tunisia - Rwandan President On Ceasefire

(15 Jun 1994) Rwanda's acting President Theodore Sindikubwabo said on Wednesday
(15/6) that his government would strictly observe a ceasefire
agreed on Tuesday night at the Organisation of African Unity (OAU)
meeting in Tunis. Speaking in Tunis, Sindikubwabo said he had
conveyed acceptance of the plan to the five regional heads of
state, led by Zaire's Mobutu Sese Seko, who brokered the deal.
