    1) Sweet potato wedges dipped in FAGE plain greek yogurt
    2) KASHI Go LEAN CRUNCH or CHOCOLATE CRUNCH with vanilla pudding or frozen yogurt

    Great video Nick! Have you ever thought about lowering crossfit training volume and training for an endurance race such as marathon or triathalon? I know you are super into crossfit but thought it could be cool and was just curious.

    Great video! What kind of floor do you have in your garage. Those weights are heavy and it doesn't hurt the floor at all? My gym has rubber mats so it lessen's the bouce back?

    Love the video, such a cool and normal dude. I have been intermittent fasting for a long time and take in about 2200 calories 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats. I am 192 lbs at 6'1'', but I have always been terrified of bumping up my calories in fear that I will gain too much bodyfat. Crazy that you can maintain your frame with this amount of food. Maybe 40 carb, 30 protein and 30 fat will be a better option to help support my training. Thoughts?

      That is stupidly low. Im 6'1 and 150 lbs, I am pretty active, but I maintain at 3200 calories. When your calories are that low I would absolutely keep the protein at 40%.

      I'm an older woman. I'm 5'2" and less than 100 pounds. I need more than 2000 calories to maintain my weight. You're twice my size. You need twice as many calories.

      I would bring carbs up and use the extra energy to train harder in your workout. You definitely need more fuel!

    Might help if you widen your grip for the snatch. It looked kinda narrow for having such lengthy arms, which might be causing you to have that bend in your arms leading to the power position.

    Curious Nick.. any reason why you do not add any cashew or almond milk to the frozen fruits while blending? Cause that would make it more creamy like texture, like icecream, rather than shaved ice type texture. Maybe it's your preference idk.. just curious 🙂

      @@NickDompierre If you add a little bit of coconut water it still tastes like fruit and there is no coconut taste. But only like 1/4 cup to 1/2 a cup of the coco water so it's really thick.

      Every individuals body is different. I do burn a lot of calories through my training. Todays training was kinda moderate. Other days it’s very intense. With 4,200 cals I maintain my current body weight

    easy brov!! see you had a good day of training and eating. some heavy weights, and definitely trimming dow! gwaan.. show dem.. i”de show it off to;-) them stackable look like accident waiting to happen no offence! when it spins might jiggle and fall off! but look nice, and nice home gym set up!. food look lovely to! not really sweet potato guy, but on my next shop might try em. started taking more vitamins myself, and them shakes you do sound amazing! but we got nurishment multi vitamin drink, and there nice! meal replacement to so if you want something filling after a work out in the heat!, then try them! hit the spot,, and vanilla is the one;-)

      By avoiding gluten and dairy daily - it’s helped my gut heal and I don’t feel bad after having sweets and carbs.

      So I can consistently supply my body with the macronutrients and energy it needs. If I don’t do it this way - I under eat and I’ll lose weight

      @@NickDompierre I do the same. I'm in recovery from a severe eating disorder and I track my calories to be sure I get "enough". People criticise it as a symptom of disordered eating, but I have to keep myself in check. Love watching your videos *ahem* More Zoe ;)

      @@yinx4ts883 absolutely! Planning ahead knowing what you’re going to eat makes it easy. And you’ll get better at time management in the kitchen as recipes will become more familiar and faster to make.
