    Glad you found a routine that's easy to adhere to and not feel rushed to get work done or get home on time. I love the early morning workouts as well, just in case there's something out of the blue that needs to be done later in the day. If not, it's a bonus that I get to train twice a day.

    Love your vlogs Nick! Great wisdom shared as always, and very appreciated! Could you please address your experience with the effect on ones physical appearance with protein deficiency? Have you worked with women on vegetable predominant diets whose bodies start to retain water or appear less defined in tone and shape as a result of low protein? If so, does this resolve with increase protein or can it be substituted with essential amino acid pills ?

    Coconut dates I haven't tried and those look really good. What's important to me is that they're easy to digest. I've been put on steroids for a health issue past 5 months so it's been kind of a battle because you can put in muscle mass however if you're unable to be as mobile/active you turn to more fat. (Any advice? I drink plenty of water but I'm retaining water) I am looking for a good shake powder with some high protein and if course I'm lactose intolerant as well so I could try what you're showing as long as it don't have maltadextrin or malted barley/rice in it due to allergies. I will invest in an air fryer especially for things like chicken strips. I'm all about gluten free items and please if you have any special recipe meals to share it would be appreciated.     Hey there Nick !! Can you talk about how your mental health effects you at the gym such as I have a poor diet because of depression and bipolar meds cause me to crave and overeat but I workout ALOT but I’ve gained 30 last year and currently working on my mental health to be able to stop over exercising and have a healthy relationship with the gym and my food, can you talk about ways to improve this or break the habits of binge eating and then over exercising to “make up” for the binge eating

    My weight is 180lbs and I work out consistently 5 days a week and do cardio but I am afraid of gaining fat because I used to be 260lbs so I figured one day a week would not be bad? And how much cardio would u recommend for weight loss?

    I don’t know if you heard of it but recently I heard red light therapy can be helpful with hashimotos and figured I’d let you know! Although you do seem to take great care with diet!

      Salad was just lettuce, carrots, and radishes. Topped with the dressing.
