One of the most photorealistic stills I saw in the last years. Couldn´t believe it, first I saw the image on the cover of the animago award special issue. Everything felt right. Even the textures, with all those little details, that make a scene believable, and that were missing in most pictures, because they mean tons of work. Really great result!

It's "made" with launchpad app (applestore) and search for 80s Future Retro pack (not included in app base) from then its literally few taps away to do track like this.... I wouldn't even dare to take credit for the music since it's made of prefab loops.

this is phenomenal stuff. great work n detailing. my only concern (may b wrong) if the vesicle is parked in this direction then the road sign should face the camera i suppose?
The road sign would be facing the "camera" in a country that drives on the left, like the UK or Ireland. CZ on the back suggests this is the Czech Republic. If anything is wrong with this image, it appears the van stopped on the wrong side of the road. But the signage is correct.

What I don't understand is, why the car stands in one scene on top of a grass hill. Has the van first been taken as a photo and afterwards digitized?
Hi, follow the link to my page in description... basically i created the whole hill scene in 3d but didn't like it so I changed plans and created the morning city scene
Oh, that's the resolution of the mystery. I didn't see the description of making. I couldn't imagine, why it was necessary to place the car first on the hill. - I made myself a comparable picture with a historic volkswagen van. But I made only 2d composition out of it. Took a photo of the van on a parking lot, overworked the van with Photoshop airbrush,added reflections of the new scene and placed the isolated van in a Dolomites mountains scene, I had in my portfolio. Comparable end effect but different making of.
