I'd anacs the 1795. They would be more likely to give you a true thumbs up or down on it, and early coins like that one are their bread and butter.

The wheel marks on the 41 Merc IMO are located: Obv/ lower wing area behind wing edge in feathers. Rev/ above center band on torch and across diagonal strap. The areas are below the high points. They can only be scuffed by coin counting machines or damaged by non circulation means in my experience. Most wheel marks are not apparent until the coin is viewed at an angle whereby the marks suddenly appear as obvious. Still a nice coin. Great video. Great results from your return. Wishing you many more!

I can’t wait to get in touch with you. I cleaned up my friends, Grandparents house and he was a coin collector as was his son. They said I could have everything left for cleaning the house for resell. I found a whole bowl full of error coins and wheat Pennie’s. Several years ago I found some old coins on a parking lot and I found a Bicentennial Half Dollar with a walking Liberty figure punched in coin and it protrudes out of the coin. I thought it was a necklace until I bought a microscope and started binge watching your videos. I Love your HONESTY 🙋♀️

Yeah, always a head scratcher.
I collect those "wheel mark" coins so I can study them. Sometimes you have to hold the coin at an angle, under strong lighting, to see the lines. PCGS photographs their coins straight-on, so that's no help. And I looked for the coin on your website but I didn't see it there.

Daniel, it seems overall PCGS did a good job in grading these coins. The Walking Liberty is my favorite design. I just bought a coin, a 1936 Long Island Tercentenary, (what a word), designed by A. Weinman’s son.
So sad on that 1795 flowing hair.I really love those coins so beautiful Thankyou for the interesting video.

I just inherited several old coins and one is a 1883 O Morgan dollar and I'm wondering is it worth sending off for grading. I've never submitted anything so not sure if this one would be worth it. It's in pretty good shiny shape.

On that dime the only thing I see that MIGHT be a wheel mark is on the ATE of 'STATES'. At least that's what they might be thinking was a wheel mark.

I hit rather big last month. Everything sent off to PCGS came back exactly how I thought except a 1887-S Morgan in a old ANACS holder as a MS 64. I knew it was a really nice coin I just wanted it In a PCGS holder. Came back a 65. BOOM!!!

This was in a Old ANACS holder. Plain white, faint light green logo on the front. Blk hologram on back. Back when ANACS considered top ter grader. PCGS graded up. I've never had that. Anything I've ever submitted in that old holder came back the same grade. Maybe send off to CAC and try a green bean

Depends on the coin
I like older coins, they made better dies back then. Today Nickels, Quarters, they look horrible with flat faces. I question some of these grading companies with toned coins that might not be real attractive, if they're original and very old they might not be blast white.

I didn't buy the coin, it was part of a deal depending on the grade. You shouldn't assume all dealers buy stuff cheap.

Do a police report. Why would you ask me? You need to ask the police that.
