ever since dust came out i heard about the rumor, but i couldn't wrap my head around how to flip g units face down, and get them out of the bind zone, it's been eating my alive, thanks for finally clearing it up, great video, and also great editing !
Thanks man. If you ever have another one of those questions than feel free to dump them on me maby i can make a video about it to help clearavy the issue to you and other cardfighters.
This video was fantastic, and I'm very impressed with how well you've done your research. I have to say that your videos are quite intriguing, due to the in-depth analysis of the rules and interactions. I'm just sad that I'm a broke college student who can't support via patreon. But one of these days I'll have a decent job! Until then I'll keep watching for support, and to learn of wacky ways to mess with my friends.
Thanks man. Don't worry I'm already verry happy that you watch my videos. I'd love making these videos and the fact people like them too, and want to support me in any way like watching sharing commenting liking means the world to me :D P.S yes i said it last time too but your question video is currently in works!! With a little bit of luck it's online by friday if not then around monday ;)
While the combo is hard to pull off, this video just showed how GC can get their GB enabled again after a Dust turn. Been testing Undalulu myself by recycling the hamster heals as to keep on reusing Heritage, sadly it takes so much turns to perform.
yup thats the big issue the time to prepare everything is way to long in the current meta. But maby with the new series that the meta will slow down and that these long term gameplays will see the light ( Don't think so but hey would be hilarious)
2 years later and with the premium collection 2020 out. I think we can bring back the Dust ultimate stride deck back to the meta. Since we have ways to flip the G-zone that aren't twitterun. Maybe this deck is actually viable now? Testing perhaps?
Cant we get our binded zeroth dragon to g zone by gear groovy. When groovy copies huang long skill after the attack we can pay 1 cb and then take a card from bind zone which is not grade 0 to hand. Instead of moving to hand they will move to g zone?
So the best way to make sure this happens is then to use both the non-GB units that call from bind zone, and then when you have returned one, use Undalalu to return 2 more, and use anything to return the last ZR and use Wakey Wakey worker to flip 1 down.

The G-zone it self isn't excluded only the card in the G zone at the time of Ultimate Stride. 10.28.6. When a G unit that was placed on the vanguard circle by ultimate stride is returned to the G zone, after returning it to the G zone, remove all of the cards from that G zone.
But if i recall correctly it reads ultimate stride (released when the number of face up g zone is three or more. When it returns to the g zone, remove your g zone)
yes that is correct that is written down on the cards. But in the Comprehensive rules they states that "removing the G Zone" means removing the cards in that zone thats why you can still get cards in the G zone after Ultimate stride. Ofcourse this wil change when they decide to retconn the Comprehensive rules. But as it stands the G zone itself isn'r removed.
Very late response as i just found this video, but can you ultimate stride after striding a grade 4 Such as stride a purge then ultimate stride neon gyze from the gzone?
No that isn't possible as you can only perform 1 normale stride per turn same as you can only perform 1 normale ride per turn. So the moment you stride into any stride unit you move out of the ride/stride phase and into the main phase.
@@VanguardInsider ahhh thanks for thr clarification I wondered due to a neon gyze ruling that says i can ultinate stride even if im at a grade 4 which confused me a bit
@@angrysunshinebandit5114 that's because we have main deck grade 4's and it's also just to future proof the cards if they ever go beyond grade 3's for main strategies
you have 4 ZR in your bind zone after ultimate stride. You use the cards to move them back to the G zone(face up) sou you would have GB4. Flip dust face down to ultimate stride, by flipping dust face down you would have GB3 the requirement to ultimate stride.
Yes that is correct but the binding is done beacuse of neon gyze. If neon gyze is in the Gzone your trigger effect is changed from add 5000 power to a unit -> bind a zeroth dragon from your gzone face up
Vanguard Insider so by the video, you mean like this. 2) you need 2 dust 1) bind 4 zeroth from Gyze skill including dust. 2) ultimate stride another dust. 3)try to return dust from one of the cards with skills , bind cards to g zone. 4) Ultimate stride again.
that's the thing < no matter what you face off against if there an experienced player they will kill you before you get a chance to pull the 2nd dust< then again u go to set up for the first 1 abit and if they survive it < your not gonna survive 2 turns > it a cool concept but game wise it is impossible to pull off
You missed what i said< almost i said to much effort and honestly thinking more about it. the idea is ipossible to do ,but impossible to pull off game wise
True Trinity You're just proving my point, it may be hard to do but the idea of doing it is possible. Plus, who said that this combo was gonna be viable that it is gonna be used every single time? The creator of the video just wanted to show it was possible.
Really love the format and how detailed it is! Keep up the good work!
Thanks man, Also congratz on hitting that Stride number let's hope vanguard keeps growing :D

Yes do more, we need a way to dust three times
Duussstoooooo!!! 😂😂
Seriously this video deserve a like and share
Thanks man I really appreciate that.
Your editing is crazy good man got me subbed
I hope the content is also good enough hahaha, but really thanks ^^

This makes me tempted to complete gathering cards for chronofang lol

That Megiddo in dress
If GC can do the loop, so does Aqua Force. Thanks for the tip!
You don't need twitterun though, as soon as you return 1 zeroth back from any of the other rears you have gb1....
That's right the Twitterun is only to explain their is a way to achieve GB1 without using the other cards but your absolutle right on that one.
So the best way to make sure this happens is then to use both the non-GB units that call from bind zone, and then when you have returned one, use Undalalu to return 2 more, and use anything to return the last ZR and use Wakey Wakey worker to flip 1 down.
Basically yes

Wait if the g zone is excluded after ultimate striding, there is no where left from the cards in the bind zone to returned?

I even ask bushiroad and the confirm its possible they have watch his video as I ask if his video explanation is possible
For gyze, didn the card skill said that all units won't return to the g zone?

Huh what is this magic but bruh, this is whack
This isn't whack. This is a second Dust :D
Vanguard Insider KILLER QUEEN, YA GOT ME
Do you have a deck list that supports this combo?
If so, please post it so we can learn about the deck and combo.
No i don't but if people are interested in it i can build a deck to around this combo.
Could you contruct a deck based around this idea please? I would to see if this is possible for everyone to see.
so is it fixed now?
Nice tactic
Wait can u do this more than twice
But wouldn’t you have to have flipped up 3 more units to ultimate stride into dust again since all your g units are gone the first time?

where do u find the comprehensive rule

isn't after ultimate stride, the cards is remove from the game, not become binded?

yes and in between step 3 and 4 you need to use wakey to flip the dust face down.
We were on 69 before I commented
Or you could just save all that hassle and just ulti stride gyze for game
I still don’t get it at all>
Oh wait nvm Im dumb
First you need all zr and all gyze then we need specific clans and then we need specific cards lol
uh...... Killer Queen?
This would make people hate Gears way more, also is this play still legal today?
As far as I'm aware it should still be legal
@@VanguardInsider I know this vid is old already, but with dungaree V would be possible to Ultimate stride drachma twice now?
ermm gyze restricts the zeroth dragons movement in the bind zone
I call BS i asked bushiroad an No you can perform the action
But undalulu says go back to deck
Way to much effort xD nearly impossible to pull off
No one said it was gonna be easy to pull off.
