Can you please share what job you do online to be able to support living in Egypt?
    Thanks

Thank you for the birthday wishes 😊
Absolutely. My husband and I run a remote marketing agency and we work with mostly international clients doing things like website and graphic design, branding, social media management and I do photography as well (within Egypt currently).
I also run an Etsy shop selling digital products and am hoping to publish a children’s book soon. My husband also makes an income from TH-cam teaching graphic design in Arabic as well as affiliate marketing and sponsorships. He also makes a secondary income from his other TH-cam channel, which has travel content.
We try to have multiple sources of online income, just in case something doesn’t work out.

Really good videos. Happy birthday to your daughter and 100 more years to come 🎊 🎉. A request if you don’t mind could you make a video about real estate and live style in sharm elshakh. Thank you and Allah bless you and your family

Thank you so much. Most of my videos will be about life in Sharm el Sheikh 😊 I plan to do a video about cost of living here and will speak again about Realestate. God bless you.

    Hi.
Happy belated birthday to your daughter 🎉
I would like to know when you're moving, are you searching for homes in a compounded neighborhood and getting a mortgage, or are you buying straight out?I tried looking online byt no luck. I live in the GTA, and I'm planning on moving to Egypt in the next 2 years.
    Thx

      Thanks so much!
So yes, typically homes would be purchased in gated communities though hotels and resorts here also have residential areas where people buy. Talking specifically about Sharm El Sheikh. Same applies to Hurghada. Cairo it’s mainly gated communities (check out my Cairo vlog if you want to see some of their neighbourhoods). Most transactions are in cash without a mortgage but, there are some developers who will sell with a down payment and the rest is usually payed within 1-8 years.
You can check out sites like www.bayut.eg or propertyfinder.eg but it’s best to work with a realtor on the city you want to buy in. You can also check facebook, particularly groups, as many people here rely on Fb (much more than anything else). You can look up an expat group or a Realestate group related to the area of Egypt you would like to move to.
Hope this helps and best of luck with your move!!
