My Mom was a cosmatolioigt and she either cut her own hair and if some one else did and didn't do a good job. She would still thank them and sometimes help them learn where they need a bit of help. Tipped them ND left. She always said the hair grows back but hurt feeling don't. It also helped that her hair grew fast.
I think she looked better before. Her hair looks like it can now get easily damaged. I have fine hair and would never let someone do this to me. If they say, "too bulky," I would run..hair should be thick and nice.

Yeah i like the "before" look better too. Maybe my own hair is fine and thin so i don't like seeing thick hair suddenly looking thinner on others.
