"this isn't David dobrik" thats what I like about this podcast. No hate to David, but you guys are a lot more relatable and a lot more entertaining. I feel like I'm always hearing about sex or some nasty shit on his podcast. And here you guys literally talk about everything and you guys keep staying humble. I don't know if I'm making any sense but I love you all and think you guys are doing a fucking fantastic job.
No you make absolute fucking sense. Like this podcast feels more human, feels more raw while David’s podcast seems like he’s just putting on a show. I also feeel like the success of David has honestly made him less passionate about his own podcast and the content he’s making while Heath & Zane don’t have the success that David has so they put more work and are way more passionate into the work that they’re doing rn. I’m not saying David didn’t work hard for what he got but rn he’s in a position in his life where he’s like a celebrity and has butt loads of money, has sumptuous cars, has sponsorships, making apps, amassed millions of views on TikTok, has been in movies and tv shows, etc. He’s in a position where he’s honestly gotten everything he could fucking ask for and unequivocally he’s trying more grandiose things but compared to Zane and Heath, they’re not at that status yet. They’re still in that “youtuber” status and because of that they both strive harder to put out the content they make. It’s more humbling and benevolent to see that. Again no hate towards David Dobrik but like I said, he’s in a position in his life where fame and money has made him less humble and more carefree in the content he makes and less passionate.
They're just not the same people. David isn't afraid to talk about that shit and that's why I like listening to it. It can really help a person who doesn't know that there are other people out here hooking up or doing crazy sex things, which would normally be frowned upon. I do like Heath and Zane's podcast because it is calmer but you're doing exactly what they don't like by comparing them. THEY ARE TWO different podcasts.

Came here to check the set. Am too distracted by Mariah; she's stunning! And real talk: no one talks about how difficult their job is more than youtubers. More aware of this in 2020 because my boyfriend has had a rough year as a doc and he never compares the challenges of his profession to others.

But I'm sure there's a lot of planning, running around, money, editing and more, that goes into their craft. It's like being a waitress, looks easy, take the order, deliver the food. But when you're actually working the job, you realize there is so much more to it, than you thought. I think they just get defensive, because people don't think they work that hard, so they think they need to constantly defend themselves. I agree. Their podcasts are such a nice escape. Especially with the world being so crazy. Its nice to have an hour, where you can just zone out, laugh and feel good, listening to their stories

It's weird that they'd feel the need to defend themselves to people who are already fans (I've noticed this in podcasts by other youtubers, as well). Every job comes with challenges "outsiders" don't know about, and a job is a job. Exception for jobs like drug dealing.

Came here to check the set. Am too distracted by Mariah; she's stunning! And real talk: no one talks about how difficult their job is more than youtubers. More aware of this in 2020 because my boyfriend has had a rough year as a doc and he never compares the challenges of his profession to others.
I'm sure they do it, because there's such a stigma about being a TH-camr and everyone assumes it's just easy. Not comparing them to a doctor. At all. But just saying, I think that's why
@@rrraaaachel19 That's actually a really good point. It's bizarre there'd be a stigma around any job that makes others happy/isn't causing mass harm. For me, this podcast is such a fun distraction from life.
@@stacyp8906 I think alot of people think they just point and shoot and their done, "it's so easy". But I'm sure there's a lot of planning, running around, money, editing and more, that goes into their craft. It's like being a waitress, looks easy, take the order, deliver the food. But when you're actually working the job, you realize there is so much more to it, than you thought. I think they just get defensive, because people don't think they work that hard, so they think they need to constantly defend themselves.
I agree. Their podcasts are such a nice escape. Especially with the world being so crazy. Its nice to have an hour, where you can just zone out, laugh and feel good, listening to their stories
@@rrraaaachel19 That's kind of my point: they're coming off as insecure about their careers, despite having built a solid fanbase and holding solid morals. It's weird that they'd feel the need to defend themselves to people who are already fans (I've noticed this in podcasts by other youtubers, as well). Every job comes with challenges "outsiders" don't know about, and a job is a job. Exception for jobs like drug dealing.
